Training

   I came out of my thoughts to Liam snapping his fingers in my face, I looked around to see an very empty living room ,i knew where every thing was before i saw it floating in the air. Liam seemed calm like what i was doing didnt even phase him "its ok my mom is like you and she does this all the time " he stopped an shrugged " im used to it " he finished off. "oh my god " was all i managed. to put into words. " shit this going to move faster than i thought,oh my god Liam we need to see your mom now....without you" i told him while running up the stairs to change my outfit ,when i had i wasted no time pulling my clothes off and putting the gym clotheson while every one watched me stumble around my room grabbing my shoes while i ignored all comments until Trey grabbed me and held me in place "Ellie calm down whats happening"  he cooed in a reassuring tone " God ! hes back ok he coming and hes been watching me he wants me and my sister its total bullshit.! " i broke down and cried, yes Ellie Taylor'z actually cried " i..i have to go ill be back in a few hours .....help youself " i gathered myself and walk out of my room to Rileys room not bothering to knock, but let me tell u i wish i had " hey Ros-" the words got caught in my throat when i looked at the sight in front of me, it was adorable, they were on her balcony watching the sun set . "um....Riley we need to go.....so something very important...like now " i spoke with a weak voice that didn't sound convincing. "um....Isaac do u want to go to a friends house or do you want ti hang with peytons brother hes our age and he is like a brother to me " Riley said looking at Isaac" wait are you  talking about ben bell " Isaac said excitement. dripping in his voice.  " yep " i said getting impatient.  "well yeah who wouldn't. that my fuckin best friend!!" he said running out side "well that worked out good " Riley said to her self .

when we got to Liams house we both got out of the car and walked to the door "i still dont think this is a good idea " Riley whispered." WELL WHAT THE HELL DID YOU EXPECT HE WILL BE HERE IN LESS THAN A MONTH."  i stopped talking a deep breath "i...juat cant let that bastard hurt anyone i love.....i won't"  i continued while lowering my voice to a whisper" Riley .....promise me you will at least try to drop the ' i dont touch mud ' act and do whatever you need to to become. what i always wanted you to be " i said right before the door opened to show a very cheerful bella "hey Riley ......and Ellie what are you guys doing here " she finished "we need to speak to you mom outside now" i said before walking toward the forest end and waiting

five minutes later she came out looking totally comfused , "um....why smam i hrer ?" she said atill puzzled." well mrs.mercy me and Ellie "  i cut her off and said "i know what you are " i said looking a her eyes "what do you know " she said backing up "wait-no no i dont mean any harm we just need you help " i said smiling making her physically relax "oh...what do u need dear " she said smiling back "i need you to train me and my sister to use and control our...power "  i said still in a staring competition. she looked away first and said "when?" i smiled " now "  Riley and i said "well ....ok i will be back if you just excuse me " she said. back walking to her house.

Mrs.Mercy came out sporting some shorts and a tank top "ok you two want me to train you ,so i've decided im not going to only teach you physically, but im gonna teach you mentally also " she spoke "well dont just stand there lets get started. two hundred laps while. your running i want you to focus on. what you hear se watch "  she said as  she lifted all three of us up in the air , Riley started to panic while i just just focused on my self being lifted " sara please drop me" i said .she shrugged and dropped me and still stood in the air "good Ellie just think about. nothing but being lifted " she smiled as i fell to the ground with a 'oomph' while Riley laughed. 'Ellie we need to keep training get off your lazy ass ' emerald my wolf said "alright come get to those laps now " Sara said.

when we finished those laps Riley was really tired,posed to me just waiting for her. after Riley caught he breath we sat in a circle ,our first lesson was the floating thing thays what we did all day worked on floating and then we did a little training course.

when we finally got home it was around 10:00 and everyone wuz asleep well thats what we thought . "so......where ya guys been " gabe said looking pissed but curious at the same time "well i uh...we had to go..do...something "Riley said looking at me for help "gabe....." i stopped while unshead tears in my eyes "he's ....he's  back well not back but he knows what me u and Riley are......he just doesn't know your like us.....and we had to train both mentally and physically .but you  cant tell anyone nor can you help this is our fight and i know we can take him just.....just have hope. " i finished " HEL NO WHY WHY DOES THAT BASTARD KEEP AT THIS ELLIE HE CANT TAKE YOU OR RILEY W-" i cut him off " Gabe calm down you know that bullshit he not taking anyone and also ahut the fuck up Liam cant know about this-" i got cut off by not Gabe but ...Liam himself "what dont i know !?!" he said hs voice getting louder by the word "Liam i...i dont want to explain now, all you need to know is that my father wants me becouse im a white wolf-" i got cut off yet again "oh that yeah i know i can read " he said smugly. "well whatever im aleepy so every one high tail it up stairs" gabe grabbed Riley arm leaving me with Liam "so...lets go to bed " he said walking me up the stairs and into bed
