After months of tests, projects, homework, and big missions in Beacon, the students had finally made their way for a 2 month vacation. Normally, people would spend their time going out and doing fun activities with their friends and family. But except for the Ice Queen herself. Her perspective on vacation was to stay in and study. Piles of books were beside her as she took notes in her blue notebook that was underneath the desk lamp.

Basically, every dorm was deserted. Just one person in the void.

As Weiss was about to reach for her history textbook, Ruby had swung the door open, causing Weiss's piles of books to fall down.

"Weiss!" the little red-head shouted as she dragged her feet across the carpeted floor.

"Ruby!" Weiss shouted back. "Can't you see I'm trying to study?!"

"But whyyyyy?? It's summer! Sun is going to throw a party and we're all invited!"

"Doctor Oobleck had specifically told us to study for a very important test when we come back. Do you think I'm going to waste my time on such silly things like a party?"

"We can study next week", Ruby tried to convince. "Right now let's just have fun! Neptune and Scarlet are going to bring lots of junk food."

"I'm not a fond of sweets", Weiss crossed her arms and stuck the side of her hip. "If you want to have fun with those lunatics, then go. Right now I need to concentrate on having a good life."

Weiss had returned to studying as Ruby's big silver eyes looked at her feet with a sad pout.

"Okay, yeah...." Ruby said quietly. "Do your thing."

Slowly, Ruby had walked out of the room leaving Weiss with her studies. She pulled her hood up to cover up her rejection that she had received. Walking out of the building, Yang had caught up with her little sister.

"So, is she coming?" the bright golden-blonde asked as she tilted her head. All Ruby did was shook her head. "What's wrong? And why is your hoodie up?"

"She's focusing on her studies", Ruby answered with sorrow in her voice. "The plan didn't work... I'm never going to tell her how I feel."

"Hey, we can think of something!" Yang patted her shoulder. "We just need to have a backup plan. I'm not going to let you fail on this one, I promise."

"But what if she doesn't like me back?"

"Trust me, I'm sure she'll see through you. Now, let's go to that party because it can't start without us."

"So, what do you plan on doing?" Blake asked Ruby.

Yang, Blake, and Ruby had formed a little meeting in the library to see how the little red-head will win the Ice Queen's heart.

"I was thinking if someone could tell her for me", Ruby answered as she paced back and forth. "Maybe I'm not cut out for her. My brain is not helping by creating bad ideas for me."

"Well, I already have some ideas set up!" Yang cheerfully said as she pulled a chalkboard that was covered by a curtain.

"What's this?" Blake asked.

Before she could say anything, Yang had cleared her throat and fixed her posture to a formal way.

"Ladies and ladies", she began, "I introduce to you..." Yang had pulled the curtain from the chalkboard, "Operation White Rose!" A plan was already set up with colorful chalk across the board with little rose designs and snowflakes used a frame.
