I woke up in an unfamiliar room. My body laid upon some type of comfortable bed. A comfortable duvet covered my body, and I seemed to not be in the same dress that I was in before I went to sleep.
The room, held many portraits, along with a fireplace in front of the bed, the fire blazing. A nightstand beside me with a glass of clear liquid. I turn to my left, a white puffy pillow was beside me. I look up and saw a painting of many little angles painted on the ceiling.Truly the room was marvelous. But where am I?
I slowly rose, swinging my legs so that it dangled off the side of the bed, for the bed was up quite high. I slide off the bed and walk around the room. Just across from the bed was a grand bookcase.
Never have I seen a book in real life. I gasp as I ran towards the bookcase, pulling out a burgundy book. The pages were a rusty yellow. I flip open the book to see many words coming from the top of the page to the bottom. It was like this for the next page and the page after that.
Suddenly, I hear the sound of a door opening. I quickly drop the book and turn towards the door, only to see that a tall lady with sharp ears and a curvy figure. She walked with grace as she came into the room with a silver tray filled with a designed bowl, a napkin, a spoon, and a white cloth. Every item upon the tray had steam drifting from it."Good morning your majesty." the lady says, bowing her head slightly.
I frown, for I am not a majesty."Pardon me?" I spoke.
"I'm afraid you're mistaking"
The lady only smiled. She sat the tray down on the nightstand and guided me back to the bed."Your majesty, you must rest, I will get the prince, and tell him of your awakening"
"Ma'am, I am no majesty, for I'm merely a slave to sir Mochief!" I almost yell.
The lady only stood in her place, for I must have startled her."My apologies, ma'am, I didn't mean to yell" I spoke, my head falling.
"No no, your majesty, you mustn't apologize to me!"
"Why not?"
"For I am your servant!"
The door opens again, the stranger..who was in my master's mansion had stood at the door. He indeed was quite handsome.
"Alora, why are you screaming at your up and coming queen?" The stranger says.
"Pardon me, may I please be informed on why I am being called majesty, why am I here, who are you, and why did you just call me the up-and-coming queen?" I spoke, with one big breath.
The stranger smiles. "I know, you must be fairly confused, and all of your answers will be answered soon, but I need you, my love, to become strong, so please..sit and allow Alora to care for you so you may gain weight, and then you'll learn more about yourself."The stranger says.
He walks inside the room to me, helping me inside the bed and pulling the covers over me once again.
I felt uncomfortable, for I have never been served. I've always served my master. The stranger sat at the end of the bed, gazing at me as the lady, Alora, had picked up the bowl with a silver spoon. She dips the silver spoon inside the bowl and when she rose the spoon, all types of colors were upon the spoon.
"It's soup, your majesty, you will feel better and it will help you" Alora says. She brought the spoon near my mouth.
I look at her with much confusion. I raise my hand to take a hold of the spoon, but Alora lowers my hand and shakes her head. She opens her mouth and gestures for me to do the same.
I imitate Alora and just as I open my mouth, she sticks the silver spoon inside of my mouth and the soup fell down my throat. Warming my insides. Truly the soup was quite delicious.
Alora continued to feed me sips of soup until it was gone."Fetch Callicus for me Alora" the stranger said once Alora had finished feeding me.
"Your majesty, I will not fetch that wicked creature! A vampire should not be here! If your mother was present, she surely would teach you a fair lesson!" Alora yells at the stranger.
The stranger growled. He gets up from off the edge of the bed and stood in front of Alora.
The stranger's hand raised up and went across Alora's cheek."You will not speak of them in such a manner! Have you not forgotten that you may work for one? Just because you despise a vampire, doesn't mean everyone else does. And I do not need your telling of what my mother dislikes or likes! It is none of your business. Now do as I said and fetch Callicus!"
The stranger yells.
Alora was silent. She walks out of the room, leaving me and the stranger alone.
The stranger turns back to me, a smile upon his face as he made his way back to the edge of the bed."You are more beautiful in person, my love" the stranger says.
"Why-"
"Let me explain my love, for I know you must be really confused, and you've been confused for quite some time now"
The stranger says to me. He takes both of my hands, causing a tingle to hit my body once again. He gently squeezes my hands, locking his eyes with mines. His eyes were now a normal color. For its merely a light brown. I have never seen light brown eyes before."I am King Eron of Napiz"
"You're a King?"I spoke.
"Yes, and once we marry, you shall be Queen"
"Marry? Pardon me sir, but I merely just met you! Although I'm very grateful of you saving me from my master, You still are holding me hostage!" I spoke.
"Isabella, my love-"
"I am not your love! For I-"
I was suddenly stopped in the middle of my sentence. This stranger...Eron....he is claiming me as his love..the note upon the basket, the entire basket..the voices..and him standing in the mansion..how?""How?" Was all I spoke.
"My dear Isabella, I must inform you, that I am indeed a werewolf" Prince Eron spoke in a steadied voice.
"Prince Eron?-"
"And you, my darling are one as well"
