My name is Zaida Ann-Marie Alexander. I am 17 years old and a junior at Burke High School. I live in heart of Charleston, South Carolina, So yeah I live downtown. I am a sister of two, A daughter, and a auntie of two. My parents are both of Jamaican  decent, nd ive never been even though i hope to go. But,That's enough about me...

Anyways, my cousin ,Ellandria, is moving  up here from Tampa because she plans on attending The College Of Charleston, alsonshe wanted a change in scenery since she lived Tampa her whole life.

I've been pacing back and forth inside of the Amtrak train station waiting for Ellandria' arrival. After a good thirty minutes of pacing i sat down and called her

"Lannie where are you?" i asked impatiently

"I really don't know zai," i rolled my eyes and sighed heavy then a tall dark showdown​ figure stood over me. I looked up to see Ellandria standing over me

"You fucking bitch,"i said slapping her arm then squeezing her in a tight hug

"Wassup white girl," she said on her country southern accent.

"Don't get me started Hanna Montana,"i laughed

"Don't call me that,"she responded with a straight face trying to be serious..but we both erruputed into laughter.

" I missed you man.."she said hugging me once more but this time leaving a peck on my right cheek. I squeezed her back then helped her get her things and took them to my car.

"So talk to me cous' its been a whole 3 years since we actually talked," she said opening the door and getting onto the passenger side of the car.

"What do you wanna know," I responded with a smile  while buckling my seat belt and turning the key in the ignition

"Your mom, your sister and brother , and uhh i don't know boys," she nudged my shoulder with hers and started winking. I laughed.

" Well me and moms is on good terms now, she can trust me after that her finding out that i had sexual realations with Lamont, Zarea starts highschool after the break which is exciting and Zamar graduated college and him and my nephews are moving back to Miami."

" Wow! Sounds like y'all doing good but what about these lil' jits out here?"

I closed my eyes and shook my head," Well..." i mumbled

"Well what?" she said now getting anxious to know

" i like girls now..." i lied.

"See i told you that you liked girls i told you..but aine nun wrong wit that baby girl"

" Duh and I was just playing I still talk to Lamont and me and jahleal are still the best of friends,"i said with a smile since those are like my two favorite people

"You must like getting your heart broken babes," she said taking a piece of gum out of my middle console.

"No its not tha-" I started to say when my phone started to ring and 'Bestfriend😎💕🔐' flashed across the screen
