*Karins P.O.V.*
It was April Fools Day, Iwas eager to pull a prank on Desakin. I waited all day for the sun to go down. I texted Des about going to the bar toniight. , he humbly accepted. He met me at our usual bar,
"Hey! Des I challenge you too a drinking Contest!" I said in my most demanding voice.
"Challenge Acepted!" He said in his epic voice. " You'll never win" He teased me sticking his tounge out at me.
"I dunno I'm feeling pretty Lucky." I said confident. Little did he Know I would be drinking water, while he was drinking Achohol.
*Several Drinks later*
We were on our way back home. I was obviously sober but Des He was piss drunk. He could barely stand up right, he was stumbling all over the place. I put his arm around me and walked him to his car.
"Karin, Y'know your hair is beautiful." He ran his fingers through my hair. "Your eyes are really beautiful too. they remind me of that expensive chocolate, Y'know like the ones Shinji Threw up." He looked me straight in the eyes when he siad that. Was that a compliment? "Psst! karin, can you keep a secret?" He whispered into my ear. I nodded, " I love you this much!" He said streching his arms as far as he could.
"Could he have Realy ment that? Was it the Alchohol? It probly was, he was obviously drunk. His face was extreamly red, his breath smelled of alchohol, I mean he could barely even stand." I thought to myself. All of the thoughts going through my head rapidly at once, "Y-y-y-you l-l-lo-love me?" Instead of answering He kissed me on my lips. his lips tasted like pure alchol. I felt like I was getting drunk just by kissing him. was it from the Alchohol or was it him? My heart beat suddenly increased rappidly.
"Shh!" he whispered putting his index finger to my lips.
All I could think of last night was a qoute I once herd. " A drunken mouth speaks sober thoughts".
*The Next Day*
*Desakins P.O.V.*
"Ah! I got a mind splitting headache. I can't remember anything about last night. Karin texted me saying she wanted to meet in the park asap, wonder what that"s about? I hope I didn't do anythingg stupid. ah!" I thought to myself. I poped a couple pills before I left to the park. It lessened my headache alot less. I saw Karin waiting for me on the park bench. Something seemed to be bothering her.
"Hey.' She said smiling,something was off about her smile. "Des do you think I could ask you a question?"
"Fire away!"
"Did you mean what you said an did last night?"
"Why? What did I say?"
"You said you liked my hair. You ran your fingers through it too. You also said my eyes were beautiful. You even said that you l-lo-lo-liked me." My face got hot and I started to turn red like a rose."Is that true please tell me, I need to know."
"Well..."
"You also did this." She walked closer to me. She closed her eyes and puckered her lips. My heart started beating like a drum. I had no idea what to do. I closed my eyes and went to kiss her too.
"Hey guys! what ya doing?" Shimji said magicly appearing out of Nowhere. We both turned away our faces red.
"Nothing!" Karin and I said in unision.
"Lets talk about it later." Karin said
"Agreed" I said imeaditlty.
"Hey guys! What,s up!" Maka said joining us.
"These two." Shinji said pointing to us. " If I'm right, were about to kiss." Shinji smirked. how did he know? was he spying on us?
"Is that so?" Maka defintly was interested. "I always knew you too were good together.Did you already say how much you love eachother?"
"It's not like that!" Karin and I yelled in unision, our faces red. We exchange looks. for a second we could tell what the other was thinking. "Is it?" We both thought.
"Hey Shinji, let's leave these two alone."
"...but, why?" Shinji said in a whiniing tone, just like a little kid. Maka gave him a stern look, took his hand and they left.
"Do you love me?" Karin and I said in unision. "Yes." We both said at the same time. Both of our faces lit up like a tree on christmas. We both decided to start wherewe left off. we both closed our eyes and went to get a kiss.
"I knew it!" Shinji and Maka, yelled jumping out of the bushes. "Karin, I love you sooooooo much!" Shinji said imatating my voice. "I love you too!" Maka said imatating Karins voice. They both made a kissing face and Pretended to kiss.
"I'm going to kill you guys!" Karin and I yelled at them. We chased them the entire rest of the day till the sun went down.
