I was new and I didn't know anyone, as I was walking to class the first bell rang; I panicked Because I though I was gonna be late on my first day. I got to tutors and I was shaking (thinking I was late) but everyone was still out side waiting for the teacher to open up the doors (a breath of relief). I walked into the classroom and all head turned to me, "um hi, um im new" nea said with a scared look on her face. "You must be Nicole" said mrs Jones "yeah but I would prefer to be called nea, if that's okay" "yeah that's fine, take a seat" mrs said.
I walked to the back of the classroom where the only seat was, and it was next to the guy, adym this dreamy and gorgeous looking guy.
I sat down and took my pencil case and my books out and began to write. After a few minutes adym leaned over and said "so your new"
"yeah I am I've just moved from Africa" I said
"Your from Africa" adym said
"no I moved there 2 years ago with my dad" I said in a sad voice
"what about your mum" adym said
"my mum past away when I was little, I can't really Remember her very much"
"Oh I'm sorry" adym said
"It's fine" I said whilst looking down. We stoped talking after that, it was coming up to the end of the lesson when the teacher told us we had to do a presentation in 6 weeks time about your best friend. Of course me thinking I don't have any friends yet I'm still new, I had know one to do this presentation about. As I was leaving the classroom adym ran up to me and stoped me and asked
"Hey, do you want to do the presentation with me seems as your new"
"Yeah but wouldn't you want to do it with one of your other friends" I said
"Well yeah but I would like to get to know you a bit better, you seem really nice"
At this point in time my heart was racing, why would someone like adym want to go with someone like me.
