Try to view the situation from the other person's perspective. Figure out their fears and their desires. Try to understand what makes them tick. You may be in the midst of a disagreement with someone now, Aquarius, but it doesn't have to end in conflict. You can resolve this if you can look at the situation through that individual's perspective.
