Apocalypse Rising

Chapter 3

After we named the cat we decided to go outside and see what we can salvage from our base.

"Ok guys collect anything that's useful food, water, blankets and weapons."

"Hey Mandy come over here."

Mandy runs over to Jack.

"What is it Jack?"

Jack pulls a photo out from the ruble, it was a photo of Missy and Mandy.

"I took this photo when I first met you and Missy, do you want it?"

Missy takes the photo out of Jacks hand and hugs him.

"Thanks Jack."

"Alright everyone lets get moving, don't what that hoard finding us again."

Everyone walks along desecrated and scorched ground knowing that they would all die soon.

"Ok guys I think we should set up camp around here somewhere."

We set up camp in an abandoned building, morning comes and I wake everyone up.

"Ok everyone get up."

"We are already up we are just waiting for you."

"Oh."

We walk out of the building at dawn, I walk up to Sandy and was going to talk to her but then there was a sound of an echoed screech, we all turned around and we saw a hunter-zombie, everyone runs into a house except Mandy.

"You stupid zombies, you killed Missy."

Mandy ran at the Hunter-zombie, but the zombie swings his hand grabbing Mandy by the legs and biting her chest.

"Mandy, no don't do it."

Everyone looks at Jeremiah with a confused face, then we look at Mandy and see and grenade with the pin pulled out in her hand.

"You killed Missy now i'm going to kill you."

BOOM

"Mandy."

Jeremiah runs toward The explosion but Jack pulls him back.

"Jeremiah it's too late we've got to go."

We run and run until pitch black, freezing night, we build a fire and wait until the next terrifying day.
