"Get out" he said louder. "And I want a divorce"

"Why?! Over that little brat she deserved it!"

He grabbed her arm and pulled her out of my room. They argued downstairs for an hour or so before I seen her get into a taxi with a bag of her stuff.
I went into the bathroom to see how bad it was. Couldn't have been good if he kicked her out for it. I looked into the mirror. Right there on my cheek was a red hand print, and this was an hour ago. Myllo walked in also one of many friends. He was just a boy with horns and abnormally blue eyes nothing to weird.
He took one look at my face and said "I would have kicked her out too" he leaned against the door frame, hands in his pockets, his black hair hanging in his face.
See, Myllo, he was one of my favorites. You could say it was somewhat of a crush, and he wasn't ugly... nowhere near ugly actually. He was tall, Simi muscular, that perfect smile that made my heart skip a beat, and don't forget that jawline.
I looked at him then back into the mirror. He nodded then walked over to me and rested his arm on my head. I rolled my eyes then started brushing my teeth. I seen him looking at me through the mirror.

"Can I help you" I said with my toothbrush still in my mouth.

He smiled a little then shook his head "nope"

Silence.

"Why are you so nice to everyone else but your so mean to me?"

I wiped my mouth then turned to look at him and he crossed his arms. "Because you use me as an armrest"

"It-"

"Not only that. You only talk to me when you want something, and most of the time I get in trouble."

He laughed then smiled. "I never forced you to do it"

That smile, I felt my heart skip a beat and I had completely forgot what I was going to say. He arched an eyebrow. I rolled my eyes and tried to get past him but he stepped in my way. I sighed "what?"

"I just want to talk"

"About what?"

"Things?"

"You want to annoy me"

He laughed.

"I knew it" I sighed and pushed past him "I'm really not in the best of mood"

"I see" I could hear his footsteps close behind. I tried to speed up but to no avail he stayed right at my heals.

My dad had let me stay home for the day, mostly because he didn't want me in public with a red hand on my face, also because my mom wasn't here to say I had to go. My father and I caught up and he apologized, A lot, for not stopping her sooner and a bunch of other things. He had also told me that my mom didn't throw away my stuff which was good news but of course there was bad news too, were moving.
I suggested to the UK but he insisted we take baby steps. He thought we should go somewhere that isn't as wild, like Texas. Don't get me wrong I love the idea, but I refuse to go to a rodeo.
Dad said we would own quite a bit of land because its cheaper in Texas than California. He even said we might get a dog, which I am very exited for! Dad and I looked for houses and did research of jobs and schools and such and found a decent place to live. 7 acres of land which is 33880 yards.
We will have a cute house and a huge back yard and a dog~. I decided to go to our computer room, it was supposed to be an office but they never did anything with is so now just the computer is in here. I decided to look at the different dogs, Izzy and Bambie helped and we all decided on a Black lab.
Over the next few days my father was planning the big move and we were scheduled to leave in exactly 3 weeks. The whole time my friends from school were giving me candy and lots of hugs goodbye and advice on how to handle the kids there. From what I heard there not to much different than us. I would never tell them but I was happy to leave, I wanted to go somewhere new. Maybe not to stay forever but I might like it.

e leave tomorrow and I'm almost done packing. Izzy helped fold my clothes and put them in the suitcase. My stomach was doing flips at this point, my head clouded with thoughts on how the new house will look like and my room and just our new life in general.
Despite how happy I was I was terrified of getting on the plane. Dad said he hadn't ever ridden on one either which didn't make me feel any better.
The flight was a little over 3 hours. Dad said the trucks were coming with our stuff in a day or so. We got a rental car and drove to our new house, it wasn't more than a mile away from town.
We drove up the long driveway, stopping infront of the house. It was a 2 story home with brown brick and white accents, A French double door and a rap-around porch. I backed up a little, the way the roof was set up on the second floor you could climb out the window and sit on the roof. We only had a one story back in California so this was new.

"It has a fire place too" I heard my dad say. "Wow" he said quietly. He walked up the porch, house key in hand. He opened the screen and unlocked the door. He walked inside and I followed, the fresh smell hit me and I felt like jumping around. Running through the empty halls. I walked up the starecase running my free hand on the wooden rail as I did.

"Yeah, its really pretty" I said as I looked at him from the overhang.

He smiled and pointed at the fireplace, walked into the kitchen. The house was even better than I thought it would be. Izzy thought so too. I looked around upstairs for a room. There were 4 that I had seen. The one I picked had its own bathroom, and a large closet. It was also the one with the window to the roof.
I put my suitcase on the floor and looked around seeing where things would go. I was in the middle of digging through my suitcase when my dad stepped into my room.

"This is a nice one" he said looking around. "Mine has a fireplace though"

"I didn't see one with a fireplace!"
He shrugged and scratched his chin. "What do ya say we go to the store to get some stuff?"

I stood up and walked over to him "only if we get icecream" I crossed my arms.

He chucked, "alright, lets go."

I got some really cool stuff for my room while we were out. I got a fancy comforter set, a fluffy cookie rug, a floor lamp, a black dream catcher, and a cool poster.
Dad also got stuff to paint the walls with, and since we are buying this house we can. We painted and hammered and dusted until the sun went down. We had some bagel bites because we didn't have a stove yet.
Over the next few days we were getting everything situated buying appliances and unpacking, nothing to exiting. The house was finally coming together and dad decided we start working on the backyard. He put up a tire swing and picnic table.
I was sitting on my bed having a staring contest with Myllo when my dad walked in. "I have a surprise for you"

I blinked then looked at my dad. A smile on my face, "what is it?!"

"We have to go get it"

I couldn't hold in the squeal. Myllo was laughing at me but I didn't care. Izzy and Bambie had gone with us. The whole way there I stared out the window. Texas was nothing like I thought it would be. There was no rodeos or guys riding horses through town, you would get a guy wearing a cowboy hat every once so often, but that's it.
