"Were here" my dad said turning off the car. We were infront of a blue brick building. It was really loud too, you could hear buzzing coming from inside. My dad got out and opened my door for me.
We got out and I asked him what was inside and he ignored me. We walked in, I stayed quiet. A woman with black hair holding a dog sat at the reception desk. We were at a animal shelter. I gasped and my dad looked at me a large smile on his face. He held out his hand toward a hallway.
I could hear the dogs barking and jumping around. I ran down the hall. I petted them through the cage as I looked around. As I did I seen a cage with just puppy's. I put all of my attention toward tbem. "Awwee" I squealed. Izzy walked over, Bambie in her hands.

"Its the one from the computer!" Bambie yelled pointing at the black lab in the back. It was a lot fluffier than the one we seen but it was really cute.

Its tail was tucked inbetween its legs and it was shaking. My heart sank. I reached over the cage and grabbed it. I held it close as it cried and tried to get away. I scratched it head softly and told it everything was okay. It started to calm down and I walked back over to my dad. "I want this one"

The lady walked over to us. "Awe, that poor lad had been abandoned" she said with a Scottish accent. "He needs a good home and I think you guys would be perfect" she smiled at me and I smiled back. "I do have to give him a quick bath I will be right back. I'll send Brittany out and she will check you guys out, and get you everything ya need!"

I nodded and handed her the puppy. She took him to a room in the back and a couple seconds later a tall woman with long blonde hair and brown eyes walked out from the same room.
Her and my dad talked about how to take care of him and what food to get and he paid for him. She also said his name was Bear but we could change it because he is so young, but I like the name so I'm going to keep it.
10 minutes later the first woman walks back out with bear rapped up in a green poka-dotted towel. She handed him to me and put her hands on her hips. I held him close keeping him warm.

"Looks like you guys are all set!"

My father nodded and looked at me. "Yep" he said putting his arm around me. "Thank y'all" he said waving as we walked out.
We went to Wal-Mart and got things for bear then went to the park. I got to walk around and meet new people, it was loads of fun. I met this one girl named Maya, she has long red hair and green eyes, she is short and has freckles too. I am older than her... But she is still short. My dad and her mom talked and I found out that we will be going to the same school once I start.

I woke up to Myllo shaking me, his face pale, panic in his eyes.

"Something is wrong" he said quietly. "T-that girl seen me... She looked at me... A-"

I was extremely confused. Maya seemed really nice, she would give anyone dirty looks. "Calm down, Myllo"

"No! You d-don't understand! Something bad is going to happen! I think her mom seen me too.. "

"Why is that bad?"

"There not supposed to Emily I-I remember that girl too! I don't k-know how..b-"

I cut him off he was just being paranoid and I needed my sleep I had school tomorrow and I can't be tired on my first day. "Everything is fine Myllo but if you see anything suspicious find a away to show me"

His face filled with anger, how eyes turning darker, his face no longer as pale. "Fine! Don't believe me. But when I leave don't try to find me" he yelled as he stormed off.
I cuddled back under my covers knowing he'd be fine tomorrow and fell back to sleep.

The next morning I got up and took a shower and got dressed. I wore my usual skinny jeans, black t-shirt, hoodie and my worn in Converse. Brushed my hair and let it air dry then went downstairs. My dad leaned against the counter with a book in hand as the bacon popped and sizzled. Bear was attacking the couch and Izzy, Bambie, and jack was messing with a vase on the shelf.
My father looked up at me and smiled as he put the book down. "Morning sunshine" she said hugging me. I hugged him back, I felt his body tense. I looked up at him, he was looking behind me. I turned to see what he was looking at. Izzy looked around once she seen my dad looking over before realizing she was the one he was looking at. Her eyes widened and Jack stopped tossing the vase and looked at the two of them.

"Emily" he said, his voice shaky. He looked down at me in disbelief. "They are real?"

I nodded slowly. His eyes widened then looked back at Izzy, then Jack. I guess he didnt see Bambie, he is pretty small. I have waited for this day ever since my mom got onto me. I've waited for one of them to see.
My dad pulled away from our hug and ran his hands through his thinning hair. I grabbed the spatula out of his hand and flipped the bacon. I looked back at my father still in awe. Izzy walked over to me and took a piece of bacon and gave it to my father. He looked down at her and grabbed the bacon, still feeling a little freaked out is imagine.

On the way to school my dad stayed quiet. We tried listening to the radio but it was mostly static. I wanted to talk to my dad I just don't know what to say. I told you so? See, I'm not crazy? Feel bad yet?
We pulled up into the school parking lot. Kids crowded the front entrance, surprisingly they are really quiet. I told by dad goodbye and hopped out of the car.
It looked a lot like my old school, only the colors changed. I joined the crowd of kids fixing my backpack on my shoulder and waited. We had talked to the principal yesterday and she said they don't open the doors until 8 and school starts at 9. Just so the kids have plenty of time to eat breakfast.
I found a group of people to talk to that I thought would seem fun and introduced myself. They all seem pretty cool. I liked most of my teachers except for my German teacher, she was annoying.
We have 10 minutes until lunch. I sat in the middle of the room next to a girl from this morning. The liked talking... a lot. I'm pretty sure her name was Anna Rodriguez, and I think she actually has a brother named Rafe. He was in highschool though.
At lunch I sat by the group from this morning. There was a new girl there though. She was eying me up and down the whole time and got very uncomfortable. The way she looked I could tell she was just some stuck up rich kid that loved drama.

"So.. Your new? " she asked her green eyes filled with mischief.

I nodded slowly as I took a bite out of my apple, I looked her in the eye. Trying very hard to not get angry. She squinted and nodded, "Cool. Cool"

I nodded again smiled hoping that she would get up and leave. I guess she must have seen it on my face because she said, "do you have a problem with me?" she flipped her blonde hair her face filled with amusement.

I shrugged, "I don't really know you." and that was the truth. I didn't know the girl, but at this very moment I do not think I will like her at all.

"Don't lie to me, hunny"

I nearly choked on my apple when she said that the rest of the people at the table had all of there attention on us. I soon found out that's exactly what she wanted.

I rolled my eyes at her and stayed quiet. I really don't want drama on my first day, but yanno it happens.

She gasped and laughed, "did you seriously just do that?!" she said loudly, drawing more attention.

"Yeah, I did because your being really f- " I stopped myself and smiled. I am better than this don't stoop to her level.

Her eyes widened and she smiled big,"oh wow, cool for you. You think your are faseing me."

I had to laugh at that. The sounded completely ridiculous. She did not look happy about that. She stood up and walked up to me. "Fight me" she said.
