Mark this date. Do it. Put it in a book, or calendar or whatever you have. Mark today, because today I saw someone who noticed me. No this is not 'oh, senpai noticed me!!! *inhumane squealing noises*'. This is someone saw me while I was invisible. I have the unique ability to vanish into thin air. Mark this date, 2007 March 28.
It was spring break. I lived in the forbidden cities. I lived in Canada. Near the Great Lakes. I had so few friends, and they weren't even close. My family wasn't great, but they were the best I had. Except my little sister. She was super annoying, but whose wasn't? I had a pet dog named Pip. Around that time she was barely a year and a half. Around that time people were seeing more and more white fires. Big spikes of death that caught in the wind.
But there I was, me and a book, feeling really stressed. A boy a few years older had his eyes on me. A hawks claws is the best description. He wore plain jeans and some shirt, but something made him stand out, past the point of lots and lots of staring. I slowly had enough, so I got up to leave. I felt his eyes on my back so I knew I had to get out of there. I ran ahead.
Click. Clack. Click clack. Click clack. Click clack, click clack. Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap tap tap tap tap. Lots of running. He was just getting closer, and I couldn't keep this up. So I ducted into a ally way. I push my brain to make me disappear. Poof, then I was gone. I shot out of the ally, excepting the boy wouldn't be able to find me. Good thing I looked back. There he was. Chasing me, and definitely not stopping. His eyes were fixed on me.
"Stop! I want to help you! I think I might be able to help you!"
