Today, I pulled you aside and made you talk to me

I asked you what I did wrong

I asked you why everyone was ignoring me

I asked you why I was such a burden

I told you I was hurting

I showed you the deep red cuts the covered my skin

You looked so hurt 

You looked like you cared 

You kissed each and every cut that was there and told me you loved me. 

You told me you were sorry.

You told me you would figure this out.

and I forgave you

but because of all of you

I've lost everything 

My confidence 

My skin

My happiness 

My self confidence 

My self esteem 

My trust 

and my will to live
