Kacy awoke to the sound of male voices arguing, she rolled over in an attempt to block out the ever growing noise. Instead of rolling to the other side of her warm push bed her body hit the hard concrete floor under her makeshift bed that tuned out to be two chairs pushed together with just enough room for her lay on.

She let out a muffled grunt as her aching body hit the stone floor. Kacy pressed her face into the cool ground trying to soothe the pounding headache she was suffering from.

Realization hit her harder than the floor.  Her eyes flew open and the events of yesterday's came flooding back, Ashden their fight, Aiden, the gun. Her heartbeat sped up. Where was she? Why was she still breathing? Surely they won't let her walk away from this, she has seen them kill a man. She saw them kill a man. Her hand flew up to her face expecting to find droplets of dried blood instead she found tears leaking from her face.

Slowly Kacy pulled herself off the floor as quietly as she could so as to avoid the 5 murders who had taken her. She scanned the room she woke up in, It seemed to be an office of sorts, all four wall were gray. Opposite the door was a large wooden desk littered with papers. Next to that was a filling cabinet.

Her 'bed' was in the middle of the room, to the right of her was a huge window that looked out into the rest of the building. Kacy crawled slowly from her position on the floor towards the window. He palms were sweaty, her pulse rising and her heart was in her throat. She carefully pulled herself up using the little windowsill on her side of the glass. Peering out she was meet with a huge room. Motorbikes littered the back wall next to what seemed to be a closed garage door she counted seven. Which meant that there were two more guys she was yet to meet.  A pool table was tucked away in a corner.  Two vending machines were next to it. Kacy was interrupted by the argument that woke her, her eyes fell on the owners of the noise. She immediately recognized Aiden he was running his hand throw his unruly hair clearly troubled by something.

A short stubby guy stood next him yelling pointed behind him at Kacy's room, she quickly ducked just as they turned to look in. She scurried back to her 'bed' and shut her eyes tight. Not a moment passed before she heard the door open. Kacy focused on calming her breathing trying to make it seem as if she was still sleeping.

Footsteps filled the room as the men entered.

"Aiden we can't let her go she's seen too much" A deep voice whispered. Kacy's heart pounded in her chest.

"Do you want to be the one to end her life? Coz I sure as hell don't want to" Aiden snapped back. He wasn't going to kill her. But why not?

"Just tell the Minors that we need them to take care of something for us and get them to do it." A new voice joined.

"The Minors are you serious" Aiden voice was harsh "They wouldn't just kill her, they would rape her, beat her till she stopped breathing then place a bullet in between her eyes for good measure. Not the Minors"  Kacy tried to contain the panic risen in her.  Aiden was fighting the rage building from the pit of his stomach.

"She was in the wrong place at the wrong time that's all" A softer voice spoke this time closer to her.

"Get out all of you" Aiden sounded angry.

"But boss.." A faceless voice spoke.

"Out" He snapped making Kacy jump, her body clearly shaking.

Footsteps filled the room once more as the gang of boys left.

"You can stop pretending to be asleep now." Aiden sighed. Closer to her than before.

Kacy slowly opened her eyes but was too frightened to speak. Aiden rounded the 'bed' to face her. He sat down facing her and slumped against the wall just below the window. He looked like he hadn't slept in days. His grey eyes filled with mixed emotions, unreadable to the frightened girl.
