@ Coffee Shop

"Will you give your boyfriend a hug?"

"Nope." Sujeong chuckled and took a seat in front of Taehyung. She ignored Taehyung, who's standing up with his arms spread away, ready to hug her.

Taehyung pouted and sat down. "Come on. We haven't met for a month."

"We meet now, let's be grateful." Sujeong smiled behind her mask and looked at her surrounding. "Oppa, how do you find this place? Is it surely okay?"

It was the same coffee shop that Taehyung and Jungkook went to last month. The surrounding was still the same. There were only a few people who were busy with themselves.

"Don't worry. The owner is my friend's brother. I trust him. Now, take off your mask, I want to see your beautiful face." Taehyung grinned cheerfully.

"Oh my God. Stop those cheesy lines, please." Sujeong took her mask off and giggled at Taehyung's cheesy lines.

"What? It's a fact. Anyway, how's your week so far?" asked Taehyung.

"Didn't I tell you on Kakao? We're busy preparing for our comeback this month."

"Ah, right. How can I forget?" said Taehyung and took a sip of his coffee. He didn't forget, actually. Since they always chatted on Kakao, so they both know each other's activity. Isn't it what lovers do? But Taehyung only wanted to beat around the bush. If he said he already forgot what he saw on The Boss is Watching last month, then he lied. Taehyung didn't dare to bring the topic on their chat. He's afraid it will only lead to miscommunication since they're only talking through chat. Taehyung scratched his nape nervously and bowed his head.

"What happened? Is something bothering you?" asked Sujeong, her eyebrow frowned.

Taehyung lifted up his head and stared at Sujeong. "How can you know?"

"It's just...your face. I just know it. Tell me, is something wrong?" said Sujeong, worried.

Taehyung's rectangular smile appeared on his face. The fact that Sujeong knew something's bothering him only by seeing his face made him happy. Instead of answering Sujeong, Taehyung couldn't stop smiling and staring at Sujeong.

"Okay. Now, you're weird."

"How's Mingyu?" asked Taehyung finally. He seems so relax.

"I'm not Mingyu. Why are you asking that to me?" said Sujeong, frowned confusedly.

"It's just...last month you both seem close to each other." said Taehyung, shrugged his shoulder.

"Last month? On The Boss is Watching?? Yeah, of course because we were schoolmate." said Sujeong.

"Not ex-mate?"

"What??"

"Mingyu is not your ex-boyfriend on high school, right?" asked Taehyung, raising his eyebrows.

"He is not. Our conversation stopped after The Boss is Watching last month. He only wanted to say thank you to me, that's all." Sujeong explained.

"Oh really?" Taehyung widened his eyes in disbelief. He thought there was something going on between Sujeong and Mingyu at the past. He also thought that Mingyu likes Sujeong. Because, come on, only blind people who won't fall for Sujeong's charms.
