Leo's pov
I was in the forges working on a robotic war dog for festus so he could have friend. Then there was an explosion- I thought nothing of it at first but this one was different I could feel it. Just as I thought this I saw a small black dragon fly up from the forest with someone on his back and soon after I saw festus following him. In that moment the only thing I could think of was " the black dragon better not hurt featus I just finished fixing him!" I instantly put my tools in my belt and bolted into the woods in the direction of the fire and my dragon.

It was a " normal" day on berk I woke up thinking everything is perfect I walk down to breakfast to get some eggs and yak milk when
" good morning my beautiful boy" my mom says
" good morning mom" I replied
" what are you planning on doing today?" She asked me like she didn't know
" same thing as last week, and the week before going out to look for new dragons." I told her
" well have fun and try not to get hurt or get captured or break your leg." She said
" I know I know I've got to go. Come on toothless" i said in a voice that would make you think I herd it 100 times ( which I have)
We walked outside and BAM! I blacked out.
