Sky's POV

Ty, Jason, Husky, and I are in the meeting room waiting for the others. Before splitting up we agreed to meet here at sunrise. It is now an hour past and the four of us are the only ones here.

Ty and Husky are sitting at the table. Jason is leaning against the wall with his arms crossed over his chest while I continually walk around the room. On top of the table sits Eden's backpack, sword, and sunglasses. Other than Ty and Husky's quiet conversation and the scuffing of my feet the room is silent.

I look at the door as it opens. Ryan, Seto, Bodil, and Jordan walk in. Hopeful I ask, "Anything?"

When Ryan shakes his head 'no'. I go back to pacing. Jason sighs. "Adam calm down. You pacing isn't going to help find her."

I stop and glare at him. Ty and Husky stop talking and look over at us. I am too busy glaring at Jason to see Jerome, Mitch, Ian, and Ant walk in. Only when Jerome speaks do I notice them. "What'd I miss?"

"Nothing much. Sky's just upset." Ty replies.

Forcing myself to calm down, I stop glaring at Jason and turn to Jerome. "Did you find anything?"

"Well sort of..." He trails off and looks to the doorway. It was then I realize two other people, a boy and a girl, came in along with my friends. They both appear to be in their late teens or early twenties. The girl has long jet black hair and bright green-yellow eyes. She is wearing blue jeans with a short-sleeved purple shirt and black sneakers. The boy is a redhead with bright blue eyes and wears black jeans, a navy blue tank top and dark gray sneakers.

The girl takes a step forward before speaking. "My name is Temperance but my friends call me Temp," she pauses pointing to the boy next to her. "and this is Conner. We're friends with Eden. We were traveling here when we got separated in a forest."

"Well I guess that explains how I found her." Jason mumbles.

Jason's POV

About an hour or so after meeting Connor and Temperance we had all swapped stories and info on where Eden could be. We all came to the same conclusion: Eden was kidnapped. Now we are trying to figure who kidnapped her and where they took her.

"Could it have been the squids?" Jordan speaks up from the other end of the large table. We all look to him as he explains his reasoning. "I mean if you think about it with her father being their king and all he would know how she'd react to the fight."

"It was trap!" Antvenom nearly shouts as he realizes what Jordan is saying. "He knew she'd get upset over the fight and reveal her secret. He must've known that she'd run off and told one of the squids to follow her!"

"Yeah but where would he take her?" Sky asks desperate to find his cousin.

Then for the first time we hear Connor speak albeit a quiet mumble. "His castle."

"I guess that makes sense but we don't know where that is!" Adam runs a hand through his hair clearly frustrated.

"We do," Connor speaks again.

"But how..." Adam trails off confused.

Temperance sighs. "We work for Machinima or used to anyways. We were sent to infiltrate the squid's ranks and find out about their plans and other info. Originally we had intended to do just that but then we met Eden and we... we became friends. We disobeyed our orders when we helped Eden escape the castle."

The room is silent as we absorb the information. Then it is my turn to speak. "So if it was the squids that took her, you two would be able to lead us to the castle and help us find her." They both nod. "So the only question is how far away it is and do we need to bring Sky Army with us."

Temperance shakes her head. "You shouldn't have to bring the whole army with you maybe a small troop but that should be it. Almost all of the squid army is spread out in different bases and cities under the water. The castle normally only has... maybe fifty or so guards and they tend to be from the lower ranks. So the only people you'd have to watch out for are the king himself, his deputy, and his personal guards, which there's only two of. Otherwise his servants and maids don't know how to fight. As for where it is... Well it's not actually that far away, about a day's travel actually. The only reason Eden, Con, and I didn't get here sooner was because we kinda got lost."

Connor glares at her. "I wonder whose fault that was."

"Oh, shut up! I didn't do it on purpose!"

Connor laughs softly as Mitch asks a question I'm sure many of us want to know the answer to. "Why is the castle so poorly guarded and if it is why didn't Eden escape sooner?"

Connor is the one who answers this time. "Most castles overlook a city however the squid's castle does not. It is hidden between a couple of underwater mountains and is very hard to spot from a distance. So they don't worry about guarding it that much. As for your second question you'd have to ask Eden."

We continue talking for a while and eventually we come up with a plan. We even manage to come up with a few back up plans just in case something goes wrong. We are going to split in two groups, group A and group B. Group A consists of Jordan, Ryan, Antvenom, Seto, Ian, Bodil, and a few recruits. Group B consists of me, Sky, Jerome, Mitch, Ty, the mudkip, Connor, and Temperance. Group A will enter the castle first and distract the guards. Then group B will sneak into the castle and search for Eden. Now this is where one of the back up plans could come in. If we run into the king and his personal guards me, Sky, and everyone else in our group will distract them while Connor and Temperance continue to look for Eden. Sky wanted to go too but they know the castle better than we do. Once we find Eden we get out of there as fast as possible. I have a feeling that this will be easier said than done and I couldn't have been more right.
