"Come on slow poke keep up!"Lily yelled to her sister Avery.They were racing each other to the watering hole.It was where all the animals gathered for talk and drink.Her mother,father,and older brother were walking behind.Avery was taking in big gulps of air trying to keep up."Your a cheetah!"Avery said trying to make a joke."You know why because you got a head start!"Lily just rolled her eyes and kept going.She felt her sister would never be quiet so she did her best to ignore her.Lily was a little older than Avery so Avery couldn't tell Lily what to do.Avery eventually caught up to Lily right when they arrived at the watering hole.Everyone was there except for the Lions and White tigers.The lions were always late they thought they were the kings and queens so they could come at any time but that's not true.The white tigers were sometimes late but only when a monkey stopped them to talk.The Cheetahs were never late."Why don't you go play with the lynx cubs?"her mother said scooting her away."Okay!"Lily said excitedly racing to play.And that was the day everyone left her.
