so laura is just a teenager (15) her mother died giving birth to laura and her father committed suicide when she was only 2, he was depressed that his wife died having his little girl. she was placed with another family that wanted a child but the adoptive mom couldnt have kids and they had been trying for 3 years and looked at laura as a potential daughter. so with the backstory out of the way lets get to the story!
