''They told you what really happened?'' shanna told laura (her aunt) '' yea, i dont know why my daddy committed suicide'' laura said ''baby i have a not from your daddy, it was his suicide note'' shanna said handing her the note.

The Note read: To my beautiful babygirl laura, i didnt do this because of you, i did it because i feel you could have a better family than this, i know your only 2 but your aunt will give you this note when its time, your my pride and joy, if i had the strength to keep holding on i would, but baby i cant. i cant take the pain of your mom not being here with us. so im giving you to an amazing family with you and your brothers, they are 4 but have been living with grandma and grandpa. i love you all so much, never think that this is your fault. you and your brothers are my everything. i love you guys so much, Goodbye......

Laura cried reading the note, even though he said its not her fault she feels as if its why he committed suicide..................

''baby, dont cry it'll be okay i promise, im gonna put you in your first year of high school you'll make some friends and hopefully get a boyfriend'' her aunt said being reassuring. ''okay'' laura said without looking up. she was thinking that things would go back to normal a month or two but they didn't, her first day of high school was horrible everyone called her '' an adopted fuck'' she didn't make any friends.
