We arrive at the gayest place on Earth, Connor's house. Immediately, I stray away from Con and lock myself in his guest room. He doesn't bother to ask why; he just goes to his room and plays 2k.

I take out the rings and set them both down on the desk next to the bed. The ring I saw this morning - I hadn't really looked at it and now this was the time. I pick it up and put it in my hand - gazing at a beautiful green jewel on the front. The band was silver, the engraving on the band reads W.T.S. I stare at it and contemplate it but nothing comes to mind. I have already asked Con but his answer didn't settle with me. I'm wrong for thinking this but - would it be safe to suspect everyone I knew? Even the ones I knew that can't possibly take someone's life?

I put the ring back down and grab the ring I had stol - taken from Ms. Sy's bakery. This ring is quite different than the first. The jewel on the front of it is purple instead of green but the silver band was the same. I look on the inside and the same W.T.S is engraved there. I shiver - what the hell does this mean... was Ms. Sy connected to this after all? Now that I think about it - Con is acting suspicious around her, wasn't he? And what did they talk about before? I grip the ring in my hand. "What is going on... "

I suddenly hear a loud banging coming from downstairs and I unlock the door quickly. I walk downstairs, as cautious as I can. It was actually coming from the front door, so I open it and come face to face with someone I hadn't expected to see so soon.

"Hey."

"Kaz?" I narrow my eyes at him, "What are you doing here?"

"Uh... well, I forgot to give you something." He starts rummaging through his pockets and pulls out a ring. "Before I ran out out of the Funhouse, Rice dropped this." He gives it to me and I look at it. "I didn't bring it with me when I came here last time so - I thought now was the time, since I still haven't seen her."

I nod, "Thanks... I'll give this to her if I see her." Then he smiles, nods and walks away - I shut the door and walk back upstairs.

A ring. He gave me a ring. I run a hand through my hair, even more confused than I was before. "Now I have three." I sighed, thinking aloud, wondering if Rice's ring was exactly the same.

"Three what?" Con says, walking out of the room, heading downstairs.

"Nothing!" I yell - then I run back into the guest room and lock it. I run my fingers over the ring, turning it around. Taking a deep breath, I look on the inside of the ring.

W.T.S. it reads, making me sigh. Do these rings have to do with Devan's murder?

Well, at least I can confirm that these rings are related to each other. I need to find out if anyone else is related, or at least, all the specific people.

I grab out my old notepad that I keep forgetting to use and flip to a blank page. I create a list titled, W.T.S, which I'm assuming is a type of group these people are in. Under the title, I write in "People Who Didn't Like Devan's Ass," which I didn't know was 69% true. Beneath the title, I list all the people who I knew has a ring with the W.T.S engraving on it. Rice, Pinx Sy, and possibly Con. I feel guilty for suspecting my own partner but now, I've finally gotten a new clue and I need to figure this out. I have to recall if any other people had a ring with an engraving as well. First, I should check out the stores I've been in, Milra's, which includes Hawk, and Yurei.

I decide to go to their stores now. The investigation's gone on far too long. First, I'll go to Milra's place, it's closer. I go to Con's room and knock on his door.

"Hey, Connor. You there?" I say against the door, slowly knocking.

"Yeah. What's up? You can come in."
