Hey guys! My name is max, and as of today I am a year free of self harm. Ok so I'm just gonna tell you a bit about me, then I get on with the tips! So I am ftm transgender(female to male), I am pansexual, I have OCD, panic disorder, and major depressive disorder. I used to self harm, but as I said, I am almost a year clean from that. I am an artist(makeup and traditional), I am also a musician. I am currently pretty happy, and all of these tips I'm about to share with you have helped me so much! I hope they can help you as well.
