So, to star off I want you all to read the picture. Now I'm gonna give you the, "google" definition of the word dysphoria.

A state of unease or generalised dissatisfaction with life.

Now that you know what dysphoria is (if you didn't already) I'm going to give you some tips, ‼️DISCLAIMER‼️ I don't know everything, that works for every one! These are mostly all from personal experiences!! They are also mostly for ftm( seeing as I am ftm) if you need help find some for mtf message me!

TIPS:
1. Binding.
This one is for chest dysphoria. (Ftm or non binary) you can use a binder, laying cloths or sports bras, or KT tape. IMPORTANT!!! BE SAFE! I cannot stress this enough. Do not use ace bandages, duck tape, or any kind of tape! I even don't recommend KT tape. Those products are restricting and can damage your ribs! Also do not use a binder that is to small! If you can't afford a binder, or your parents won't let you buy one message me and I'll give you some links on where to get free, or reduced binder. I can also give you more in depth tips on binding.

2. Packing
This on is for bottom dysphoria. You can buy packers, or you can use socks. I personally don't pack, but if you want to then I recommend checking out upercasechase on you tube, he has a whole series on it.

3. Bagy clothing
This one is for general body dysphoria. It can reduce the appearance of your chest, or inhance it. It all depends on what you wear, and if you bind. It can make you look more masculine or feminine. It all depends on what you wear, and what you use.

4. Journaling
This one may sound silly, but trust me it helps! Just sit back, listen to some calming music, and get all of the crap out of your head. Once your done you may feel better. ‼️disclaimer‼️ this one doesn't always work! So do this when your not to to deep into the sadness.

5. Hats
Hats can make your hair appear shorter. Beanies were my favourite type before I cut my hair because you can stuff your hair in them!

That's almost all of the tips I can think of at the moment, but again, if you want more in depth tips, or definitions please, feel free to message me! Ilya and I hope you have a great day! It gets better, I promise! ❤️
