The trees leaning and swaying atest to the strength of the storm.
Quick as a flash, the clear blue sky turns a menacing dark gray.
Eerie quiet dominates the once melodic cheerful songs of the birds.
The storm rages, fierce rain and earth shattering lightning overtakes me.
Massive tree limbs fall sorrowfully to the ground in piercing shrieks from the blows of the unmerciful storm
Heart wrenching fear grips my soul as I question if I can safely weather through this sudden tumultous disturbance of my once peaceful day.
And in the midst of it all I hear you whisper, "I am here."
