Yesterday, Lea had told Liam, Kellogg, and myself of this quest thingamajig and we decided that we would all go.

Now, we had reached the pond, lake, whatever! No one cares!

Anywho, Lea walked to the edge of the water and pulled something out of her pocket. In her palm was a red stone, she dropped it into the water. But, it stopped inches from the inky depth and glowed. Then, BOOM! It exploded.

A woman, a man, and a girl appeared all dressed regally. The girl seemed only a few years older than Lea but they looked otherwise exactly the same.

The man stepped forward and took Lea's hand, then turned toward Liam "You have done well" He nodded at the man.

The woman spoke up "I am Amara, your mother" she gestured to the man "and he is your father, Isaac" the girl smiled "It is good to see you again, sister" and they vanished.

Lea stamped her foot "Nora said I would learn my past!" Liam took her hand in his "Lea, I should have told you..." Lea looked at him "Yes! You should have! But you didn't. So I want at least one good reason why!" Liam placed his hands on her shoulders.

"You have a destiny, if I had told you then you never would have been able to fulfil it. You need to figure it out for yourself." Lea hit him on the arm softly "Shut up" and their lips met.

I grabbed Kellogg by the hand and led him away to give them privacy. He looked at me "Amara's daughter has been found. And she was our friend the entire time?" I nodded "Yeah..." leaning my head against his I thought that this was the only surprising thing to happen to me.

But it was only the beginning.
