Chapter 16

Jordan's pov:

I was walking down the stairs and heard a knock on the door. I knew it was Megan. So I decided to let Liam get it because I have a plan. Muhaha!!!!

Liam's pov:

I was in the kitchen when I heard a knock on the door so I went to get it.

When I opened the door I see a beautiful girl standing there looking terrified. "Uh Im here to see Jordan. " She said.

"Oh. Okay. Im Liam. Jordan is upstairs. What's your name? " I asked.

"Megan. Um Jordan told me about you. Um I'm going to go upstairs now if that's okay? "

"Oh yea okay. See ya later." She waved and ran up stairs.

Megan's pov:

"Jordan?" I asked look in her door to see her petting Dragon.

"Hey Megan. How are you?" she asked.

"Im not great. Thanks for grabbing Dragon if I would have lost her I don't know what would happen. "

"No problem. Megan you need to tell me what happened to you. I heard screaming and your face has a mark on it. Does your boyfriend abuse you?" she asked.

I started crying and Jordan came and wrapped me in a hug. "Nick... He just gets frustrated and I have no where else to go. So I'm stuck with him." I said that in between sobs.

"Megan. You can stay here. We can get your stuff and you can stay here with Liam, my little sister and I. What do you say?"

"Really? "

"Really" another vocie said who wasn't Jordan. I turn around to see Liam. Oh great.

"Did you hear that whole conversation? " I asked.

"No. Just the main piont." he said. I nodded.

"How am I going to get my stuff?"

"We'll come with you. Liam will come for protection and then we just grab it." Jordan said. I nodded.

"Let's go!" said Liam. Wait? Now?

"Uh... Okay." I said and we started walking nextstore.

Jordan's pov:

Liam knocked on the door and some very angry looking guy opened it and yelled "What?!?!" in our faces.

"We came here to collect Megan's stuff." I said with a whole lot of confidence.

"No! Megan get in the damn house!" Megan shivered in fear.

"Sir Megan is coming to live with us. She doesn't feel comfortable here. So we offered her a place to stay and she accepted. " Liam said.

"Is this true?" the guy asked Megan. She nodded. "Well you don't get any of your stuff. Im going to burn it. Have a good day." Then he slammed the door in our faces.

"Guys. Thank you for trying but I have a little bit of money so I will just go to goodwill and get some new clothes. " she said as we walked back to the house.

"No. No. No. Megan you can borrow some money and we could go to rue 21 or something. " I said. She shakes her head.

I was about to say something but Liam interrupted me. "Girls that's enough for tonight. Why don't we go to bed and talk about this in the morning? " We both nodded and we headed for my room to go to sleep.
