Halloween: Why Are We Here Again?

Sam: Help Dean. There are 2 Novacks wanting to dance with me. 2!!!! And they both can be scary! Where are you?!

Dean: Snack table with Gabe. BTW, don't drink the punch. I'm pretty sure some of the frat guys spiked it.

Sam walked over to the snack table, looking for his brother. He was tapped on the shoulder and spun around. There Dean stood; wearing an amethyst vest and pants, white button up, with a tan belt, and a fake chameleon on his shoulder. He was also barefoot, and had smoothed his dirty blonde hair back. Did he highlight it?!

"Dude..........are you a male Rapunzel?" Sam giggled and Dean rolled his eyes. "Yeah. And you're dressed like a pirate." Sam grinned, which became even wider when he saw what Gabriel was wearing. Gabriel had darkened his hair, and put on a very obviously Flynn Rider outfit.

Gabriel swung his arm around Dean's waist and gave Sam a smile. "Heya, Samoose. My brothers fighting over ya?" Sam sighed and nodded. He really didn't understand why Lucifer and Cas both liked him. And it really wasn't fighting. It was Lucifer telling Cas to back off, and Cas trying to talk to Lucifer to settle it diplomatically. Sam sighed again as he saw the two walking toward him.

"Hey Sammy!" Lucifer smirked, wearing a devil's costume. A very bedazzled one. "So Sam. Wanna dance and ditch the geek? Cas is sooooooooooooo boring~ And what's with his costume?" Cas huffed and crossed his arms. He actually looked quite good. He was wearing a gold-yellow button up with black buttons, a black and yellow scarf, black shorts, yellow and black striped leggings, and black boots. I bet you can tell the theme.

"I'm dressed as a very hard working, simple, and peaceful creature. Bees are essential to the environment. Also, the honey they produce is used as a natural remedy to certain ailments." Lucifer rolled his eyes and scoffed. "Just because you're all proud and happy you switched to learning how to be a pediatrician doesn't mean you get to show off." Cas' eye twitched a bit. "I'm not showing off. I'm simply informing you of how even a small creature like the bee is better than you."

Sam was feeling uncomfortable. "You know Sammy wants to be with me. I'm amazing! You don't stand a chance, Bee Boy." Cas stared Lucifer down. "Then why don't you let him speak and choose for himself." Sam gulped as both sets of piercing blue eyes turned to him. "U-Uh. I'm not rally sure............You're both nice, but I don't think I'm ready for dating right now."

Lucifer scoffed. "Not ready for dating........." He snorts. Cas' gaze turns softer when he hears Sam. "Sure Sam. Just tell us when you're ready, and I promise to respect your choice." With that Cas smiled and waved a little as he turned back to the crowd of people to dance to 'Hearts And Flowers' by SayWeCanFly.

Lucifer turned away to go dance with Michael and his friends. Sam looked over and noticed Dean and Gabriel dancing together. He smiled and hummed along to the song. He ate a couple pieces of chocolate to calm his nerves, but that didn't help at all. SayWeCanFly's song 'Dandelion Necklace' came on next. He thought 'Screw it. I'm going to dance with my friends, and I don't care if one of them has a crush on me. I'll cross that bridge when I get there.'

So Sam joined Dean, Gabe, and Cas. Dean ended up with Gabe in his arms, and Sam had ended up swaying to the music next to Cas. Right next to him. Cas' face was a little pink. Sam thought it was kinda cute.

Cas: Help! I'm such an embarrassment to myself!

Gabe: Chill bro. Where are you?

Cas: The bathroom. I decided to hide here after completely embarrassing myself by slipping on my own feet, and landing in Sam's arms. I bolted. I screwed up, didn't I?

Gabe: What? No. I saw and Sam was blushing so much, he looked like a strawberry. He also had a little smile on his face. Pretty sure he likes you more than Lucifer.

Cas:...........Okay.......but what do I do?

Gabe: You get back here and sing karaoke, that's what. He'll be stunned by your singing skills!

Cas:..................................You are not helping.

{Cas has logged off}

{Gabriel has logged off}

Cas went back and just danced with the group. At the end of the party, they all went back to their dorms. Lucifer passed out instantly. Cas got ready for bed, and laid there hugging his pillow. He remembered the grin Sam had given him when they got back, saying some joke about how he didn't know bees had clumsy feet. Cas had giggled and saw Sam duck his head and blush. Cas grinned at the memory of just 15 minutes ago. He giggled and squealed, shoving his blushing face into his pillow. Maybe he had a chance after all.
