*Y/N POV*

A healing angel was sent to me and healed my wing. I thanked him and he warned be about the dangers of demons and told me that demons don't give up, especially on something so young.

I hate this. I hate this so much. Why must demons exist? Why did Lucifer have to rebel against God and create those soulless creature?

Will told me I could go back to heaven and they'll send a stronger angel down-one that is experienced with fighting demons- to make sure I'm safe, but I denied his offer and told him that I'll be safe under his watch. Plus, how will I grow stronger if everyone is protecting me?

"Ooooohhhh, Y/N!" Grell called from outside my room in Will house. Why would Will let Grell in his house? The red reaper appeared in the doorframe, "I heard you had an encounter with my Bassy!"

Bassy?
"I-." I had to think for a moment, "I had an encounter...with a demon."

"I know that!" He huffed. "I'm saying that that handsome devil is mine and I want you to stay away from him!"

"What-? Grell, I have no idea what you're saying." I said truthfully. "That demon was trying to play a sick game with me. One touch of from his hand would-"

"Would have sent a rush through your body that would have made you want more!" Grell fangirl, holding himself and shaking at his words.

His words completely disgusted me to the point where I wanted to use my light blast against him so he would leave.

I will never want to be touched by that creature.

Grell crashed onto the ground suddenly and the sound of the impact made me jump from the side of my bed up to the pillows. The source of him falling appeared in the door way, William holding his scythe.

He pushed his glasses up, "Grell, I have told you repeatedly to not bother Y/N and to not enter my house. Ever." Will walked over to Grell and picked him up by his hair despite Grell's girly cry, "In addition, you are not to talk that way to an angel. Especially to one so innocent." He dropped Grell and Grell hit the floor again. Will continued to scold him, "Angels and reapers don't get along with demons. Don't try to change that."

Grell jumped up from the floor, black and blue from hitting the floor twice, "I-I'm sorry, Will! But Bassy-!" He cried.

"I don't want to hear it, Grell! Get out of my house!" Will ordered menacingly without yelling.

The red reaper franticly ran out of the house crying the entire time about Will being mean and unfair. William apologized to me about the other reaper's behavior and for the vile comment. I didn't say anything back and I think he wasn't expecting me to. Instead, I asked him to leave so I can take a nap since I didn't get any sleep last night. He approved and left without a word.

Since I'm already siting on my pillows, I lifted the blankets up and slid under into the fluffy warmth.

*Sebastian's POV*

I. Want. My. Toy.

The longer I wait, the harder it will be to make her mine.
The harder it will be to capture her.
The harder it will be to corrupt her.

"Sebastian, are you even listening to me?" The young master intervened with my thoughts.

"Yes my lord." That was not a lie considering I heard ever word he said while I was thinking. "I was just coming up with possible reasons as to why these suicide rates are dropping. It is a good thing in Her Majesty's eyes however, something else is causing this, I feel."

"I'm glad to see we're on the same terms. I'd like for us to take a trip his place and see what he knows about any of this. If that plan fails, I would like for you to roam about at night to see if you can find anything."

I smiled/smirked at his last idea, "Very well, sir. I shall see to the carriage so we can get moving at once." I bowed and left the studies, closing the door behind me.

I leaned against the door in thought, I can leave the manor with the master's approval now. I lifted my gloved hand and brought it up to my face, smelling the sweet blood sent that still remains.

I will find you tonight, little angel. Even if I have to lure you out.

*Time Skip: Y/N POV*

I woke up feeling refreshed and healthy. Almost like the night before was only a nightmare in my head and not in real life.

I have to move on from that. I can't give the demon secret satisfaction by worrying.

Making my way over to the closet, I changed from my nightgown into my second favorite white dress, as my first is now ruined. Then I headed to Will's room to see if he's still home.

The door was already ajar but I knocked before pushing it open.
He's not here.

I went to shut it, but then something caught my eye. Sitting on the desk in the corner of the room was a To-Die book instead of a To-Die list that I only get to see weekly.

Maybe- No I can't go through his book!

Wait, this week hasn't ended, so will the page still be on this week since he doesn't like to jump ahead?

I slowly made my way over to the book. I know I shouldn't snoop, but I've always been a curious one.

Before I could make my way entirely over there, I noticed one name was highlighted. Getting closer, I stopped beside the chair and leaned over to read the highlighted name.
"John Thompson." I read out loud confused. He's marked to die tomorrow and the cause of death will be murder.
Why would this be the only name highlighted? What's so special about him?

There was a tab sticking up from another book next to the opened one. The tab is the same yellow color as the marked name.

I shouldn't. I need to get out of here.

I turned around and speed walked to the door, closing it behind me in the position I found it in.

I turned around and gasped seeing Will watching me with a disappointed look on his face.

"I-I didn't snoop. Entirely." There's no point, I know I'm guilty.

"I don't blame you, Y/N." His words kind of shocked me. "You were a curious human, therefore, you are a curious angel. It's alright, but how much did you see?" He questioned softly.

I told the truth, "Just the highlighted name: John Thompson. I also saw the time and cause of death." I avoided his gaze and then looked him in the eyes, "I saw nothing else! I swear!"

He quietly laughed, "It's alright. I can tell you're not lying. You never lie. However, please refrain from letting curiosity get the best of you." He started his short lecture, "It's completely unsafe for you to go into places just because of your nature. Though it is your nature, you should start changing your ways."

I hung my head, "I'm sorry. I'll do my best not to be so nosey."

"Good. Now please, return to your room. Your day is free, but spend it in your room. I'll call you out for food."

I'm not in trouble, yet I'm grounded.
This is what it's like to have Will as a "father" figure.

*Sebastian's POV*

If she's working with the reapers, Undertaker must have information about her. I doubt that he'll give it to me so willingly, but I wonder if I pay his price then I'll get somewhere.

Any weakness that she has, I must find it and use it against her.

However, I must first get her to come back to the human realm and get her alone. That reaper won't be so easy to get passed, but I like a challenge.

Her innocence is worth the obstacle course.
