21: Wanted To Stay

Tsura pov:

It's kakashi's birthday today. I shall surprise him by finding him since he is always so busy.  Birthday cake. Check. Bento. Check.

I knock onto the door. " Wait !! " kakashi calls out from inside his office. I wait for a while... the door opens and the ninja calls me " oh. Tsura-san." I nod and he walks pass me. I go into his office and closes the door behind me.

kakashi: tsura?

I walk to his table and puts down the package. I untie the cloth and it presents a bento and a cake. I open the cake case and put the candle on the cake litting it up " tanjobi omedeto." He walks around the table and kisses me on the forehead. I blush a little...

It has been long since kakashi has been this intimate with me... he has been so busy since he became the hokage... I hold the cake in my hand " make a wish, blow the candle." He closes his eyes... and then blows the candle.

tsura: what wish did you make?

kakashi: secret.

Just then the door knocks and kakashi calls out " come in." It was naruto.

naruto: yo. Kakashi sensei.

kakashi: I have a mission for you.

naruto: yes!! Who is my team member for this time?

kakashi: sakura and... I haven't decided one more. You would probably need a seal user for this mission.

naruto: I see...

Kakashi's eyes somehow drifts to me. I shake my head and mouth " stay with you." to him. He stretches his hand to my head and ruffles my hair " my wife will help you. We're a little shorthanded ok?" I shake my head. He turned around and looked at naruto " she's coming with you."

naruto: eh?!! Is that really ok? Isn't tsura-san an anbu?

kakashi: it's ok.

" ok... then" naruto leaves closing the door behind him.

tsura: I don't want!! It's your birthday today!!

kakashi: don't be like that. I really need you on this mission. The others are on another mission to seal a certain village.

tsura: there is still someone in my team!! 

kakashi: don't be like that. Help me.

" but I just want to stay!!! " I scream angrily. His face turns cold " tsura. You are a ninja. I am the hokage. I need your help."

He doesn't understand... I prepared something really special for him... I clench my fist hard, " fine!!" and I leave slamming the door.

sakura: today... is kakashi sensei's birthday isn't it?

Tsura nods.

sakura: I thought you would have wanted t stay in with kakashi sensei.

I wanted to.

sakura: oh... gomene, you have to go on a mission with us.

No. It's not your fault. It's his. I told him I wanted to stay.

sakura: maybe he didn't know he had something prepared for him.

But... he used to see through me so easily... What happened to that...?
