Love Between Two Worlds [TaeNy] (COMPLETE)

3: First Interaction

Tiffany slams her body back to her bed. She is focusing to both her phone and laptop. The connection starts to slow down and it causes the video, chat and everything to take more time to load. Tiffany begins to lose her patience. She keep tsskk from time to time and getting more and more frustrated with that. Thunder and lightning striking furiously but it isn’t part of Tiffany's concern as what bothering her now is how to make her internet move faster.

“Ppali babo ppali ppali..” Tiffany mumbles while looking at her phone.

*POP* All the electrical appliances shut down out of sudden, including her laptop, lamp, wifi modem and everything that requires electricity to work. Tiffany is shocked a bit when everything is shut down. Her phone is the only thing that lights up the dark room. Tiffany opens her LED lamp app to on the flash light continuously. She stands up from her bed and walks to her door.

Tiffany carefully takes her step because she does’t want to step on or bumps on anything. She opens her door and looks out to the hallway. 'Dark, cold, and dangerous'. She closes back her door and leans her body on the door. Tiffany checks her phone before trying to call Jessica using Viber but she forgets that her wifi connection is already broken down.

“Ugh >.< babo pany” She slaps her own forehead when she receives a notification about her losing connectivity.

“>-< Wae appa didn’t pay my phone bill yesterday” Stress Tiffany grips her phone firmly after she fails to call Jessica using normal call.

“Appppppppaaaaaaaaa! Blackout! I need internet!” Tiffany shouts from her room calling for her dad.

She walks to her bed and lays down on it. She keeps sliding her phone and sometimes she doesn’t know what she is looking for. *ding ding* Her phone vibrates and got pop out messages from Whatsapp. Tiffany presses the pop out window that shows that she has a new conversation from unknown number. +82 12 3456 789, saying “heyy! :)” to Tiffany.

Tiffany feels strange as she doesn’t have any internet connection right now. She then thinks either she should press the ADD button or press the BLOCK button. Tiffany presses the number status to view the person profile picture. She presses the profile picture to view it in a larger size. Usually, the picture will be blur whenever we view someone profile picture without connection but thing happens out of ordinary when Tiffany checks on the stranger profile picture. The pixel is fine, the picture is clear. A beautiful girl with nice skin, fair, and cute outfit smiling while holding a black puppy.

Tiffany returns back to the chat and replies to the stranger. “Hey to you too, ermm, can I know who you are?” Tiffany closes her eyes when she presses send button and when she opens her eyes back again, two ticks beside her reply is shown. Tiffany widen her eyes while looking at the ticks.

"Internet works? O.O” feeling strange, Tiffany unconsciously asked herself. She doesn’t have internet connection but how comes her reply can be sent. Tiffany clicks to check her wifi setting to see weither she has connected to the other wifi or not but none. *ding ding* her phone vibrates again and it’s the chat from the stranger. Tiffany ignores it for a while to check her phone mobile data service. The service already expired since yesterday. Tiffany goes back to her chat.

“Taeyeon imnida. Hehe, anniya we didn’t know each other pany ah. But I know you hehe. I always watch you every single day.”

Looking at the reply Tiffany feels goosebumps around her body, her hairs stand up and the chill from her spine make her freeze. She takes her totoro doll and hugs it very firmly. She backs off her body and leans her back to the wall. She then slowly puts her phone on the bed and dead staring at it. Her eyes grow bigger while her pupils become smaller.

“Hey, what’s wrong? Don’t worry. I’m not a bad person.” New reply again from Taeyeon.

Tiffany dares herself  to take her phone back to reply Taeyeon.

“I’m sorry but you’re scaring me now. You said you watch me every single day. Sound like a psycho” Tiffany sends to Taeyeon.

*In another world*

“What?! No! I’m not psycho \>- watch her everyday but not psycho! Wait ermm.. Yess my reply looks like I’m a psycho” Taeyeon said to herself then slaps her cheeks for her stupidity.

“Babo Tae Tae, aigoo aigoo” She knocks her forehead to the wall.

*Real world*

“Mianhae Fany ah, I didn’t mean to scare you. I mean, I always watch you since you always appear in front of me every day. I’m not a psycho Pany ah” new reply from Taeyeon.

“Jinja? Why didn’t I ever notice you? Mianhae too Taeyeon”

“Hehe, of course you didn’t notice me. You can’t see me either” Taeyeon replies to Tiffany.

“No no no, I mean you can’t see me because because I’m not a bold person," clumsy Taeyeon replies again as she doesn't want Tiffany to be scared by her once again.
