"Happy birthday, Princess!" Cho-Hee's mom and dad greeted her. She was happy, at the same time, surprised to see her parents here because she knew that they were in Jeju Island for some business and stuffs.

She smiled when she saw them, she was so happy and by that time, she hugged them.

"Thank you, Mom, Dad. I am glad and at the same time surprised to see you here. But the truth is... I missed you." She said and hugged them tighter. A tear of joy escaped her eye.

"Awww... our princess is crying. Don't cry. It's your birthday so you are supposed to be happy." Her mom said.

"We'll go out today to have some bonding." Her dad smilingly said.

"I'll go to take a bath first. I don't wanna smell bad in my eighteenth birthday." She said and went to her bathroom with a smile on her face.

She saw her reflection in the mirror, but it was suddenly replaced by memories.

Cho-Hee is currently with her bestfriend, Luhan. They are walking together in the park where they first met each other and became friends.

Cho-Hee had this weird feeling inside her, everytime she's with Luhan, her heart beats faster than normal. But she can't love him, because he loves Ho-Sook. The girl Luhan loved for five years.

They dated for three years, but she left him without a single wave or goodbye. Cho-Hee stopped walking when Luhan did. She followed Luhan's eyes and saw... Ho-Sook.

She stared at Luhan with wide eyes but looked away and ran. Luhan was going to run after her, but Cho-Hee stopped him from doing so.

"Luhan... truth always hurts. Why can't you just move on?" Cho-Hee asked with worried eyes. Luhan just looked at her and walked away.

'What just happened?' Cho-Hee thought. She sighed, accepting the fact that her bestfriend can't move on. She went home alone.

While she was walking on the dark streets, she saw drunk men. She ignored them but someone held her wrist.

"Hi miss. Join us." A drunk man invited her but she refused, causing the drunk man to force her.

"Oh come on! I know you want to! Just co---." The drunk man was cut because he was punched in the face, very hard.

"Stay away from her!" Cho-Hee's eyes widened. That voice is familiar and one face popped up in her mind. Luhan.

He saved her from danger. He just did that. After that, Luhan pulled Cho-Hee's wrist and they started running. They stopped when they reached Luhan's house.

"What are we doing here?" Cho-Hee asked. Luhan's face saddened. He ignored the question and they went inside.

Luhan's parents are there, standing with a smile. Cho-Hee smiled back.

"Goodevening Mr. and Mrs. Xi." She greeted and bowed.

"Cho-Hee, we're gonna talk to you about something." Luhan's mom said with a slight smile.

Cho-Hee nodded and they went to the garden. They sat at a bench. Cho-Hee sighed.

"Cho-Hee..." Luhan's mom began. She breathed deeply and started speaking again.

"Luhan's leaving..." Luhan's mom said. Cho-Hee was surprised. A tear escaped her eye.

"W-what? This is a joke, right?" Cho-Hee said faking a smile.

"I'm sorry to say but this isn't a joke. I'm really sorry, Cho-Hee." She hugged Cho-Hee to comfort her.

She kept crying until Luhan came. His mom stood up and slightly smiled.
