This Project is set up to help underdeveloped writers who want their books to shine as much as we want theirs too!
We hope to get this book popular demand too!
Okay these procedures are totally different and must be followed to the dot!
1)When you apply through the forms (which are below), your books that you have submitted will go through a ranking process.
What's the ranking process?
Well this is new to most of you if I am not wrong. We have appointed rankers to read both our admins and customers' (that's you) book.
Since we are quite short on rankers and they are not always free this process might take 1 week and will be mostly done during the weekends at the max. How does this ranking process work?
Well people I am glad you asked, okay as I told you our rankers will read your book and give you a rank. (This rank nor the rankers will be revealed)
2)After you have received the ranks I will be creating a pair work between you (the customer) and the closer but higher ranked admins in our league.
3)The Pair work will be monitored by me to see if it helps improve the customers at all.
What are the customers supposed to do?
1)Fill up the form clearly.
2)You are to read the first 3 chapters of your mentors' chosen story and to Note down the points of what they are good at and if that's what you would want to have in your work. (They do Not expect a comment or vote)
3)The things that you want to improve on must be specific like...
E. G.
1)Descriptive Language
2)Punctuation
3)Sentence Transformation
4)Vocabulary
And so much more...
4)You can choose a few points that you like of the mentors story and tell them the areas you'd like to improve yourself on!
5)You will have to create a Google Hangouts account! If not then communication will be tough!(not impossible but most preferred way is through hangouts)
6)You will also be required to fill up a Survey after your time with your tutor and we hope that 2 weeks with your tutor is enough (but it depends on how much you want to learn)
