"We're are you going, we need to go down there!"

"Yes I know, but we'll need supplies"

I grab a small backpack and shove in two torches, some food and a pocket knife. I was still wearing my good jeans and shirt from yesterday, so I quickly went upstairs and got changed into fully black, just incase.

I ran back downstairs and put the back pack on, pulling my hood over my face. I also grabbed another jumper for bella, she grabbed the key and we both headed upstairs to the music room.

"You ready"

I took a deep breath in, "no"

She laughed and unlocked the small door, slowly pulling it open exposing the stale darkness inside. We turned on our torches and shone them into the dark tunnel, nothing was there.
I stepped in to the left first with bella following behind.

"Should we leave the door open?"

"I dunno?" I actually dont cause if we close it then we have a harder chance of finding it, but if we leave it open then something could come into the house. "We better close and lock it, I dont want whatever it is in the house!"

So bella locked it shut and put the key in her front pocket where it wouldn't fall out, then we headed forward towards the dirt tunnel. We got to the entrance and realised how steep the slope was and far down it went, so I carefully climbed down, clinging onto the tree roots growing through it.

Bella was slowly coming down as well, finally we made it to the bottom and when I went to walk forward my foot splashed straight into water. I sighed and shone my torch in front of me, were gonna have to crawl through mud and water.

I got on my hands and knees and slowly crawled through the thick mud, hearing a squelching sound every time I moved. I really just hoped that whatever was down here was worth it because I am so over this, I just wanna play Xbox, but no im down in a secret tunnel covered with mud and a freakish person could be anywhere near us.

We keep crawling for what feels like forever until, "I see light!!" There was a hole in the dirt up ahead that looked like a way out, I instantly started crawling faster.

When we got to the light it was a steep sloping tunnel again but heading up, we finally got out of the water and headed up the tunnel, holding the roots as we went. When we got to the top I stuck my head out a froze, we were at a house.

I crawled out of the tunnel and helped bella aswell, we stood there staring at the old broken down house in front of us surrounded by millions of forest.

"What?...how?"

"I dont get it!?"

"Hunter maybe we should head back now, the suns setting and we have to crawl all the way back through"

"Nah wait I wanna have a look at the house" I started walking over to the house, bella didn't move. I walked up to the window and rubbed away the dirt with my hand, peering into the darkness I couldnt see anything.

"Hunter lets go!" I hear bella say looking at the sky that has nearly set.

"HELLO!!!" I yell towards the house

"Hunter shut up someone could hear you!!"

"No one is living hear we'll be fine"
I look back into the window to see nothing, all the furniture is smashed about tho but that's all.

"Hunter please can we go!" Bella pleads pulling my arm.

I finally relaise how dark it really is, "yeah, ok lets go"

She crawls into the tunnel first, sliding down the mud and ending with a splash, she's at the bottom.
I take one more look back at the house before going into the tunnel, sliding through the mud and into the water with a splash, I pulled out my torch and turned it on, crawling along behind bella.

We had crawled through most the water, and bella had just started crawling up the muddy tunnel when we both hear a loud splash echoeing through the tunnel. We both freeze and look back into the dark tunnel, someone else was in here.
