★ Chapter 16 ★

Jinhee's POV

"Oh my goodness! Where can we find a freaking shell?!" Bomi shouted in furstration. We've been in here for about 1 hour. We have found two items only. The banana and coconut. Seashell, dice and 5 coins are no where to be found.

"Bomi, calm down. Im pretty sure that we can find those items. Maybe, later.." i said while looking coins at the ground. "I think there's a lake in here.." Jungkook said while looking at the east. "Hmm, yeah maybe.." i speak up and grabbed my backpack.

"We need to move. It's already 10 in the morning. And, we still need to find our own food." Jimin said and head to the east while holding his compass. I sighed and followed him

"Geez, im already starving.." i murmured and Jungkook looked at me. "You are?" He said and my eyes widen.

Did he hear what i just said?

"A-ah, ani. Im not.." i said and bit my lip because of embarassment.

"I know you are. I heard your stomach growl." He said while searching something in his bag. "Jungkook-sii, let's mo-" i cutted myself when he handed me a pack of banana chips.

"Jungkook, just take it im no-"

"I know your hungry. Eat it or you'll starve to death.." he said seriously. I took the banana chips and smiled at him. "K-Kamsahamndia Jungkook.." i said while ripping the wrapper. I took a piece of chip and ate it.

Jungkook stared at me and i looked at him confused. "Is there something wrong?" I asked and he blinked his eyes a few times. "Huh? Nothing, let's go now..." he said and walked.

"Guys, i know this is a bad idea but, i think we need to split into pairs." Bomi said while fiddling her fingers. Our eyes widen. What?! She want us to split into pairs?! Hell to the no!

"Seriously? Bomi, it's dangerous. What if we get lo-" Bomi cutted Jimin off and yelled. "Well, do you have a better idea?! Do any of you?!"

Jimin remained silent and so do i. "Yeah, it's a bad idea but, i think we shall do it." Jungkook said while looking at us. I sighed and sat down to the rock beside me. "Well then, who is my partner?" I asked them.

"Me.."

"Me! Jinhee Me!"

"Shut up Jimin, your my partner. Jungkook is your partner Jinhee, not buts. Now get to work. Me and Jimin will gather some dice and 3 coins while you and Jungkook will gather some seashell and 2 coins." Bomi speak up and take her compass and map.

"If we already found the items, where should we meet back?" I questioned Bomi and she took something from her bag.

It is a red packing tape.

She taped the trunk of the tree and said. "This is where we shall meet. It has a red tape on it. This is our mark." She said in a serious tone while adding some more tape around it. The rest of us nodded in response.

I took my map and compass and looked at Bomi. "Hey, Bomi, what if, we'll get lost?" I asked and frowned.

I don't wanna get lost in this forest. It's creepy when it's night time.

"Don't worry, we will find you both. Now let's move..." she said. Jimin and Bomi was not on my sight anymore. They both left gling towards north while, me and Jungkook sat down at the ground doing nothing.

"Jinhee, we need to move now. They already left us." Jungkook said in a soft tone. I nodded and stood up brushing my pants. "Yeah, uhm, where do we go?" I asked while he stood up.

"Hm, let's head north.." he said and walked. I followed Jungkook and i was behind him. I looked around looking some lakes maybe, we can find a seashell there. "what is that?" Jungkook said while pointing at the vaccum shaped machine.

"Uh, maybe it's a metal detector?" I said while staring at it.

Yeah, it really is a metal detector!

"Yeah, your right! Its a metal detector. But, who left it here?" He speak up while picking the metal detector and turned it on. "I don't know..i have no clue." I replied.

Jungkook began searching some metals when suddenly, the metal detector beeped loudly which made us startled. "There's a metal in here! Kindly grab the shovel inside my bag.." Jungkook said and i nodded.

I opened his bag and took the shovel then hand it to him. He kneeled down and start digging. Luckily, we found a small treasure box, not a coin. I wonder what's inside.

"A treasure box? Hm, interesting.." he said while staring at it. "Should we open it?" I asked and he chuckled. "Sure..my princess.." he said which made me blush.

He opened the treasure box and saw one gold shiny coin. Yep, only a coin was inside the treasure box. I was expecting to saw a diamond. But i guess, im wrong -_-*

"Maybe, this is the coin that we need to look for.." he said and put it on his pocket. "Yeah, i think so.." i said and walked again..

"Jungkook, i smell water..or uhm, lake.." i said while looking around. Were actually near at the cliff. "You did? Well, i actually heard a running water sound.." he said and our eyes widen.

"There's a lake somewhere near by!" We both shouted in unison.

"Maybe it's on the side of the cliff." I said and stared at it. I gulped then my hands and feet started to shake a little bit. "Your afraid of heights?" He asked and i nodded.

"Haha, don't worry..you have me. I'll protect you.." he said. His sentence made me flattered. A smile curved on to my lips. "Let's go now..shall we?" He asked and i smiled. "Sure.."

"O-Oh my goodness. Theres a lake!" I said while looking down. "Yeah! There is!" He yelled.

Suddenly, a thing caught into our eye.

It is a seashell.

Our eyes widen and immediately pointed at the seashells below. "We found a freaking SEASHELL! Or should i say, SEASHELLS!" Jungkook said and stared at it.

"Should we go down or.." i said.

Jungkook nodded and my heart beats faster now.

We slowly move down suddenly, i accidentaly tripped. The rock i stepped in to broke and it causes the other rock to break too. "Aahhhh!" I shouted and closed my eyes. Jungkook held my wrist and we both landed on the water safely.

We immediately took the shells like nothing happened. I quickly wiped my eyes and looked above.

"Let's go now-" Jungkook cutted himself and i stared at him.

"Jinhee, were trapped..."
