Goodbye To A World

chapter 4

  Jason smiled, "it's a necklace. Think of it like it's a tracker, when you wear it,it tells me where you are and if you're in danger or if you're fine. I'd like you to wear it so I can make sire you're ok if I ever need to head out the house."

I nodded, seems kinda stalkerish but i'm not gonna worry about it, I mean she is just trying to keep me safe. I grabbed it and put it on, it looked kinda funny to be honest and was designed to look like an eye. The last thing I need is that I'm doing something and I see this thing blink, I laughed to myself and smiled.

"What are you laughed and smiling about?" Jason asked chuckling as she was walking out the room, I followed taking one last look at the room before walking out.

"I'd like to give you one more thing, I know this will help you." Jason smiled, "don't worry it's not something that will watch you or anything." I laughed a bit but then tilted my head, wondering what she was gonna make for me.

"I need to go into a different room, can you stay here?" She keeled down to my level to look at me better.

"Why can't I go with you?..." I looked at her with a scared look, not liking the fact that she's gonna leave me alone and that she's not letting me go with her.

"Oh, I have some pretty dangerous stuff in that room...and I don't want you getting hurt that's all." she smiled a bit and put her hand on my shoulder.

"That's the only reason?..." I looked at her in the eyes,  she nodded.

"Alright..i'll stay here." she smiled grew wider.

"Alright, I might take a while, but I'm sure you'll find something to entertain yourself with while I'm gone." I nodded as she stood up.

"I'll be back." She moved her hair out of her face and walked into a different room, it was pretty dark, I could really see what was in it, but I did know there was a dim light that was lighting the room. Well I better find something to keep me busy it sounds like she's be gone for a while.

~le time skip~

"Taylor! I finished where are you?" I heard jason yell from the other room and saw her walk out. I was laying on the floor messing with somethings, I may or may not have taken nap. I sat up and walked to her.

"What did you finish?" I asked, looking up at her and tilting my head. She laughed and smiled and held out a sword, it was black with a gray handle, the handle also had a dragon like pattern on it.

"Whoa..." I stared at it in amazement, "it looks so cool!" I smiled and jumped a bit. She giggled.

"I'm glad you like it, you gotta be careful with this though the blade is has poison in it and when in contact of skin the poison will leak out on to the skin or wound." Jason explained as she covered the blade. I nodded, it's not the first time I've used a sword before, last time I used one was during the war...but I guess this one is different. Jason put the sword on a sword rack she had on the wall.

I smiled and looked up at her.

"You know you don't have to wear that when I'm here right?" She laughed a bit, I chuckled.

"I know, I just like it" I smiled and she smiled back, she ruffled my hair a bit before laughing.

"I really do hope you like it here."
