Prologue

1893

Olivia Rose's POV

"Shawn. I've had enough of this.....we need to run away" I say

"Liv, are you fucking crazy, we'll get killed out there, remember those animals attacks, that could be us"He screams.

"I don't care, its better than being here with the most controlling parents ever" I say back.

"Can we at least bring Aaliyah?"He asks

"She's too young Shawn, she's only 9, how will we, two 14 years olds, take care of her?" I respond.

"I guess you're right" He says. After, me and Shawn pack all of our clothes up and we head out tomorrow afternoon. So, it's the next day and is 3am and mom and dad are still sleeping so me and Shawn decided that now would be the perfect time to run away. I'm already out the door waiting for Shawn, he's so slow.

"I'm here, come on Shawn, let's go!" I whisper/yelled.

"I'm coming, you got everything?" Shawn asked me.

"Yeah, let's go" I respond. We had to take a route in the woods and Shawn being the scaredy cat he is, he hid behind me. Nice brother I have don't I. He stays behind me for about 10 minutes and we hear a branch crack and I turn around to not see Shawn. Where the hell did he go?
"Shawn, where the hell are you?" I shout. I soon learned that was a big mistake. I then heard him screaming from pain and I went to go see him, he's my twin, I don't care if I die as long as he's okay. I then see him on the ground bleeding and his hands are freezing and he's not breathing. Oh no, my twin brother, how will I ever live without him.
"You won't have to sweetheart" a voice had said. What the hell? All of a sudden I see black...........
