Mark: Stolen Love

Chapter 1

  Today was the last day of summer vacation. The day where your supposed enjoy every last ray of sunshine you can absorb. You need to be like a sponge and just suck in your last day of freedom. I sat there outside in the grass. I plucked grass by grass off of the ground. I ripped the grass up and threw it.

  "Hey Mark, get on the trampoline with us!" Jacob and Brandon said to me. I looked at them smiling. I slowly stood off of the ground. I brushed off the ripped up grass on my joggers. "Ok whatever." I said rolling my eyes but smiling at the same time.

  I pushed my self into the trampoline and started jumping with Jacob and Brandon. "Yo man! Check it!" Jacob did a front flip and quickly landed while smiling. He knuckle punched us. "Yo man your house is lit!" Brandon high fives me and continued to jump.

  I poked at my spaghetti that was sitting in front of me. I swung my legs back and forth at the table. "Honey you need to eat." My mom looked at me. She was talking with food in her mouth. I hated when people did that. "Ok mom." I said jabbing my fork into the food. "Mark, whats wrong?" She said taking another bite of spaghetti.

  "Well we have school tomorrow and I don't want to go to a public school." I replied finally taking a bite of my food. "Honey, Jacob, Tyler, Brandon, and all of your other friends are trying public schools. And me and their mom's talked and we thought it was a great idea for you to go." She gave me a smile and took another bite.

  Beep Beep! My head flew up and I moaned. It's already time to wake up? I slowly sat up in my bed. I got up and walked over to the bathroom. I turned the shower on and hopped in.

  I threw on tan joggers and a black shirt. Then I put my shoes on. "Mark come on you need to get to the bus!" My mom yelled. I ran down the stairs. "Have a good day." She hugged me. "Bye mom!" I yelled walking out the door. "Bye! Be safe!" I walked to the bus stop. Here we go.
