I was still shocked about Mark and Zoey dating. Apparently everyone knew about. I sat there on my bed looking at the blank wall. I clicked my phone, to see I had no notifications. "Chloe, honey, we need to run to the store!"

"Maddison can you stop singing." I elbowed my little sister who was standing in the middle of the aisle at the store, singing. "Nooo! Look who it is!" Maddie pointed over at someone. I spun around to see Mark.
Of course he was here. I just have to see him everywhere. The bus, school, after school. He even lives in my neighborhood. He waved at me. I gave a small wave back, forcing a smile onto my face.
We walked closer to him as we moved down the aisle. "Hey Chloe!" I was standing right next to him now. "Uh heyyy." I said trying to keep the conversation short. "How are you?" He asked. I'm definitely not fucking good. "Fine." He nodded his head.
"Mark come on." His mom motioned her hand for him to go over there. "Bye." He said innocently. "Bye." My mouth was dry. Making me sound like a fish without water. I looked down my outfit. Ugh what was I wearing?!
I had sweat pants, and a baggy t-shirt on.

At sat at the table stirring my weird soup my mom made in circles. Making a disgusted face every time I seen the broccoli. "Eat Chloe. You need to get some food in your system." My mom said handing Maddie her bowl.
"May I be exscused?" I stood up and ran up the stairs. I closed my bedroom door behind me and jumped on my bed. All I could think about was Mark. I really liked him and this was how he treats me? I thought we were friends.
