Viktor and Yuuri are in 10th grade now, things keep getting hard for Viktor because he just wishes for Yuuri to be his but knows that he isn't and can't have Yuuri which tears him apart each and every day. Yuuri has another girlfriend but he says that he feels like she's his soulmate this time do he said he wasn't gonna ever leave her, which made Viktor have to put on a fake smile and lie, "I'm happy for you, Yuuri. you truly deserve to find your soulmate."
"thanks Viktor, I hope you find your soulmate soon, I hate seeing you all alone."
Viktors heart was shattered as he realized that Yuuri was his soulmate but then sort of thought maybe he isn't, considering Yuuri doesn't love him back, although what his therapist said have him strength
"I'm sure he's just dated this one girl because he's confused and trying it out to see if he likes girls or not, I'm sure he'll lose interest in her within a week or so, if he truly does love you, which I know for a fact he does because it's obvious, then he will realise soon enough that you're his soulmate and not some girl in his high school who he won't see after high school, but you know who he will see after high school? you. you're gonna be there for him and he's gonna realise he's in love with you and you guys are gonna be happy together. I promise you, viktor."
Although those words made him smile, he still died inside because of Yuuri getting a girlfriend, he thought Yuuri had dated other girls but it turns out they just used him so they weren't actually dating, and besides, it was only one girl before this current girl. He sighed and went to talk to his therapist but when he asked if she was here, he heard a soft sob from someone, it was her wife. Viktor was so inspired by these words and he swore to her that he would do that.
