"Oh my God , everything look so nice ." Brandy said in amazed at the gorgeous sunset . We only been here or three weeks and I feel like it been forever . Jay and I last talked was like five days ago . He was mad at something but he wouldn't tell me . All Layla been doing the whole time is begging us to go visit Troy . It been hard on King as well to see his brother baby brother life slip right out his hand at only twenty - three . Hearing my phone ring from an unknown number , I answered it . "Hello ?" I said into the phone walking away from everyone at the shore . "Angel . I need you to pack all your stuff and get onto the next plane and come back ." Jay said into the phone fast . "Why ? What's going on ?" I questioned him feeling a little worried . "Kobe , Montana , and Brad's brother is dead . Their sister who were trying to find out is Mara ." Jay said .

"What do you mean ? Mara is Xiomara ." Their were dead silent on the phone before he spoke . "Yes . And now that she know that Reggie turned on them and Will is dead she's coming for you . Look I need the girls and you to go to the house and pack but don't make it look suspicious . Go to the X club downtown from there , leave her there and go back to the house to get ya stuff and get on the plane ." He said more low before telling Quan to leave the room . "What if she come after us and kill us ?" Like she not going to find a way back to North Carolina and get revenge . "There's a gun under your mattress in the king room . Take it with you . Baby I know you don't want to do it but I need you to . I have to go . I'll text you the plane tickets and time . I'll see you when ya'll arrived ." With that we got off the phone .

"Who was that ?" I jumped at the sound of Jas voice . "Javonte . We have to leave . Mara is Xiomara , Will's sister ." Jas covered her mouth in shocked . "Ya'll ready to go ?" Mara yelled waving at us . "I'll text ya'll what we gone do ." I whispered .

Once we got to the house , I ran up the stairs to my room closing and locking my door . "Damn ." I cursed under my breath running over to my bed looking under the mattress for the gun . Putting it on my hip , I grabbed both my red suitcases filling them up with clothes and everything I brought . I had a gut feeling about her and I should've listened . "Angel ? Is everything okay ?" Mara knocked on the door two times . "Um , yea . I'll be out in a few ." I said dropping my one of my suitcase on the floor on my foot . "FUCK !" I screamed falling to the floor . Sitting there for a few seconds until the pain went away , I got back up limping to the closet placing my suitcases in there . Opening the door , I walked down the stairs to the living room to see the house was empty .

It was dead silent . As I slowly moved around the house the noise of the wood squeaking filled the room . Hearing banging from the front door , I quickly turned my head jogging over to the door . "ANGEL !" Layla screamed my name . "I wouldn't do that ." Mara said from behind me as I was only two feet away from the door . Turning around I notice her long smirk upon her evil face . "You already know ." She laughed slowly walking up to me . "You set me up ." I mugged getting ready to pull my gun out . "I wouldn't do that either ." She said pulling out her gun . Dropping mines to the floor , I put both of my hands up smiling at her . "You the same no life bitch I met years ago ." I chuckled backing up against the door . "FUCK YOU !" She screamed attempting to hit me with the butt of the gun but miss .

Knocking it out her hand . I kick her in the stomach before pushing her onto the ground . "I don't even see how your so damn weak ." I growled getting onto the floor sending blows to her face . Reaching for my gun only for her to pull me back . "Mom should've swallow you . A hoe just like her ." She said trying to choke me . Flipping her off of me , I punched her in the throat making her gasp for air . "That's why she don't claim you now as her own ." Grabbing the gun , I stood up standing over her pointing it down at her bloody head . I could tell in her eyes she been through struggles and she was only trying to make it . While my parents were going through a hard break up , Mom so happen slept with Jose , Montana's dad and got pregnant . She told everyone she had a miscarriage and the baby died .

Five years later when she was pregnant with Danny and Dad left she admitted that she had a secret daughter with another guy . Once I turned fifteen , Mom took all three of us to go see her for the first time . It end up us breaking up into a big fight over some damn food . Ten years later you wouldn't even think it was her because she looked so different . "Just shoot me already ." She said coughing up blood onto the floor . "What you waiting for ?" She said soft closing her eyes as tears rolled down from her checks . Sighing loud , I threw the gun across the room walking over to the front door unlocking it . "Call 911 ." Was all I said walking back to Mara . They didn't say nothing but called them .
