Elison wanted to get rid of Erick because he didn't speak English, after the judges asked him if he wanted to change anybody from his band, and he said no. He said that he was happy with his band and he didn't want to change anyone but then he was being rude saying he wanted to get rid of Erick because he did not speak English but then he have a problem because the song was a remix in Spanish he didn't speak perfect Spanish or smoothly like fluent.
