Ever wonder what it takes for a God to concive a child? There are different types of ways for a God to create a child. The first way is that a God can mate with a human to create a Demi-God. The other is a little more complicated, because creating a child with a God and Goddess doesn't involve mating. Although, my story of creation is between a God and Goddess that are supposed to hate each other. My parents just happen to be Poseiden the God of the sea and Athena the Goddess of War. Now let me tell you their story of my creation.

Athena wonder why Poseiden had called upon her for a meeting. They're hatred for each other was always in the way of a meeting. Although this time it seemed a little different. As she sailed on the sea that Posiden controlled she felt no harm would come to her this time. Time seemed to drag on until she had reached their meeting spot.

"I wondered if you were going to show." Poseiden said as he walked up beside her.

"Well, I did show. Now I'm wondering why you summoned me for this meeting." The snarkness in Athena's voice always showed when she was around Poseiden.

"I just wanted to know if you felt the same as I feel about you, Athena. I've never hated you."

"Well, your closeness with Zeus has always been the reason why we never get along. In which, Zeus always follows your advice even when you are wrong."

"Me getting my way has nothing to do with why I wanted you here."

"Look I don't know how I feel about you, but everyone assumes that it's better if we keep hating each other."

"Screw what the others say. I have loved for the longest time and it's about time you know that."

The two crashed into each other and kissed. Athena had never felt like this with anyone she had ever been with. The kiss lasted for the longest time and in that moment of love the two became one. A glowing light illuminated their entire surroundings. They pulled away from each other not knowing what was going on. From a piece of Athena's wisdom and the power of Poseidon's trident a child was created. They both looked down in shock that a child has appeared before them.

"She has your eyes." stated Poseidon breaking the silence.

"Her name shall be Alecia." Athena announced affirmitively.

"Athena, we can't let the others know about her just yet. I'm afraid they will try to harm her."

"Then where shall we hide her, because there will be no way anyone will harm my child."

They both pondered on what they should do to protect their child. While they were pondering on what to do, they spent time with the daughter. They looked at how beautiful their daughter is. Her skin was as white as snow and hair as silver as could be. Her eyes were as blue as the seas her father ruled.

"She is so beautiful. I wish I didn't have to leave her." admitted Poseidon.

"What do you have in mind?" Athena asked.

"I know some Nymphs that would watch over her."

"Where do we find them?"

Poseidon whistled a little tune and the Nymphs appeared from nowhere. They seemed please to see Poseidon standing in front of them. The bowed slightly at his presences, but he motioned them forward.

"I have a favor to ask of you." announced Poseidon motioning towards the child.

"What are you proposing we do with this beautiful child." questioned the Queen of Nmyphs.

"We can't let the others find about Alecia just yet. We wanted to know if you would keep her safe." Athena pleaded with the Queen.

"No worries Goddess of War, we shall keep your child in safe keeping." Confirming that Alecia would be in capable hands.

"Thank you so much."

"As a gift from the Nymphs we are giving your daughter the gift of invisibility. That way she will blend in well with the other Nymphs." stated the Queen.

Athena handed Alecia over to the Queen, but not before kissing her on the cheek. Both Gods looked grave upon having giving up their daughter to someone else. The Nymphs chanted a few words and Aleica became invisible.

"We are the only one's who can see her now, but you can visit her on every birthday. Until her eighteenth birthday that will be the only day she will appear."

"Again Athena and I thank you."

They all parted ways. Including Athena and Poseidon.
