Chapter 26

Naruto Pov

*9th month*

It's finally my ninth month and God am I happy. I've been feeling a little more discomfort and exhaustion, every time I tell people this all they could say is hang in there; it's almost over... like have they tried carrying two people within the and 'hang on there'? I can see they haven't. Granny Tsunade has told me that this is what you can expect to experience in pregnancy's final month.

Sasuke has been keeping a close eye on me since my ninth month has started. Poor thing worries too much about me instead of worrying about himself. I've noticed he rarely sleeps just so he can watch over me. It's both annoying because I feel like I'm fragile and useful because it's easy to get whatever I want whenever I want.

Oh don't look at me like that, you'd probably do the same too. So don't judge me. I was currently siting on the couch and watching TV. I could feel eyes on me. "I can feel you worry..." I turned to Sasuke and held his hand. "Could you blame me? It's your final month and any minute they'll be here." He gave me a small smile as he gently kissed my hand. "Yeah, it's almost time. I can hardly believe it, but you shouldn't worry so much."

"I can't help it..." He said and placed his hand on my belly. "Knowing that I'm a father... it's just... wow." I smiled at him as he got between my legs and gently placed his head on my belly. "Thank you." He whispered. I blinked at him. "For what." I asked, curiosity evident in my voice. "For giving me all this. I never thought of myself as a father, and you're allowing me to be one." I giggled. "You don't have to thank me, Sasuke." He kissed my belly and looked up at me. "But I want to." He rubbed my belly. "Can you imagen the things we're going to do together little ones?" There was a kick as his response.

I looked at him in awe as he chuckled at the response. "Yeah, with you guys I can now get the ladies." I scowled and smacked him on his arm. He winced and chuckled. "I'm just joking my lovely blue rose, I only have eyes for you." I crossed my arms with a pout on my face. "Guys, your mother is angry at me what should I do." There was a kick. "You think I should kiss him until that cute pout goes away?"

Another kick. "What would I do without you two? You'll always come up with the best ideas." He got himself of the ground and tried to kiss me but I kept playfully turning my head away. He cupped my face with both of his hands, I giggled as he chuckled. "The tribe has spoken, Naruto. Do you have any last words?" He smirked.

"Only that I will kill you if you let your eyes wonder elsewhere." He smiled. "Fair enough." He said as he captured my lips in a passionate kiss. After a while we broke apart and gazed at each other's eyes lovingly. "I love you." He said. I smiled up at him. "I love you too." And we joined our lips once again.

Sasuke Pov

*3 days after 9 months*

(An: my mom told me I took 9 month, 3 day and 11 hours just to come out. And that I was quiet the trickster before my time came.)

"AAHH, FOR GOD SAKE SASUKE DRIVE FASTER." Naruto screamed at me from the passenger seat, clutching at the side of the seat. "I'm trying! We're almost there, just hang on." I said as calmly as I could. "Just hang on? Just hang on. You must just hang onto your manhood before I chop it off!" He said as I sped down a side street towards the hospital.

Naruto had gone into labour just a little while ago and I couldn't stand taking my time. I have to get Naruto to the hospital before anything worse could happen. Naruto was in excruciating pain and I wasn't sure if it was normal. Naruto clutched the car seat again and groaned. I was pulling into the parking lot just as that happened and literally jumped out the car, rushing to help Naruto out the car.
