Part 2:

It took me a while, but I started to accept the fact that Joey Graceffa was my roommate. It wasn't bad at all; he was very nice from what I'd gathered living there for no more than a total of three hours.

I could hear a faint knock on my door, which I assumed to be Joey, seeing as we were the only two living in the home.

"Come in," I half-yelled over my television. I'd been watching Teen Wolf as I slowly unpacked my belongings, reminiscing over each thing as I placed it in it's new spot. Quickly, I turned the television off before Joey came in.

He opened the door leisurely, seemingly nervous.

"Would you like any help unpacking? I finished a while ago, so I didn't have anything else to do and I thought you might appreciate it."

This was so out of the ordinary. While I was trying not to 'fan girl,' it wasn't exactly working. Not many girls got the chance to say that they shared an apartment with the one and only Joey Graceffa, let alone that he had offered to help then unpack their things.

"Um.. Sure. I'd actually really appreciate that," I replied, trying not to sound too anxious.

Some time later, Joey stood at our stove grilling some chicken for our dinner. We had finished my unpacking in less than an hour, much too soon for my taste. However, he had offered to cook for us, which made up for the fact that we had finished unpacking early.

No more than thirty minutes later, we sat at the shabby kitchen table that they apartment owners had generously supplied. The food was incredible, which was to be expected, judging by the cooking he often did in his daily vlogs. He had prepared a meal of grilled chicken breast seasoned with lemon pepper, and asparagus, and brown rice.

"This is great, thanks for cooking," I offered, hoping to start a conversation with him.

He looked up from his plate and smiled, exclaiming "thanks!"

Neither of us had much to say, so Joey took out his vlogging camera and turned it to face him.

"Mind if I vlog," he asked, clearly concerned that I would be offended.

"No, go ahead."

I didn't do a lot of vlogs on my channel, mainly beauty videos and the occasional collab, but I didn't figure he had seen my channel. I had significantly less subscribers than he.

I couldn't believe that I was about to witness Joey Graceffa vlogging in person, right in our own home.

He turned on the camera and his mouth formed an ear to ear grin.

"Well hello there, everyone," he said excitedly. I had always assumed that he pretended to be as cheerful as he was in videos so he wouldn't bring his large audience down, but I stood corrected. Joey was a very happy person.

"Today I'm here with my new roommate," he said turning the camera to me, "this is Scarlet!"

I was at a loss for words, but I finally managed to force out "hey psychopaths!"

Joey grinned and gave a thumbs up signal and then turned the camera back to himself to continue on talking to his fans.

As for me, I was the happiest I had ever been. I had just been featured in Joey Graceffa's vlog and I had a feeling that it would not be the last time.

The next morning I woke early. I sauntered into the kitchen and grabbed a glass of orange juice before heading out to the balcony to watch the sunrise.

Watching sunrises had always been one of my favorite things to do, it was so majestic. When I was little I used to watch the sunrise with my dad every morning, up until he passed away from his brain cancer when I was nine.

"It's beautiful, isn't it," Joey said, scaring me out of my memories.

I turned around to see a sleepy looking boy behind me. I hadn't heard him come out, but then again, I was focused on the sun.

"It really is. I never got to watch them at home in the winter, it would get to cold. That's one of the many reasons I moved out here, it doesn't get too cold to watch the sunrise."

He took a seat in the chair next to me.

"I watched some of your videos last night. I can't say I relate much, since they're beauty related for the most part, but I found then interesting. Let's film a collab sometime."

I couldn't believe he had watched my videos.

"Thanks for watching them, it means a lot. We definitely should do a collab, that would be fun."
