Taylor's POV
I put my head on the table. I had the urge to cry but, and I do this a lot, I thought to myself no one is here to comfort me so what's the point in crying? I stood up and went to the powdered donuts and Gatorade. You can't judge me!! I ate and drank away the pain and eventually wanted nothing more than a Mountain Dew, or a beer...
I started to feel like the walls were closing in on me, then everything got really fuzzy. In all honesty it felt like I was on a crack high. I started to see spots and knew Richard probably had something to do with it. I walked, half stumbled, to Jason's door. Then I realized my fingers were numb so I had to improvise... Basically I kicked the door until he opened it.
"What!? what do you want?" I opened my mouth as if to say something but before I could everything went black and I felt myself falling.
Jason's POV
(4:15 A.M.)
"So your telling me that she just happened to get drugs in her system!" I yelled. This 'doctor' probably graduated in a garage and right now that's saying a lot.
"We just don't know how it got there. Did she eat anything or drink anything?"
"I don't know I only saw her pass out." I tried going through my memory of last night but nothing seemed... Oh my god.
"She was eating something, powdered donuts," I laughed a little, "That little fatty" I mumbled to myself.
"Then it was probably a powder of some kind." Said captain obvious, "We'll look into what it was, you can see her now." I walked into her room and sat next to her bed. She looked really peaceful. I hadn't ever really paid attention to her when she was asleep but now... Her eyes fluttered open and fell on me, she smiled.
"So I'm guessing Richard drugged me." she said, just as sarcastic as she always is.
"Most likely yeah." I laughed a little.
After a while Chloe and Adrian came in, I swear those two are inseparable.
"Hey Jason can we talk in the hall?" asked Chloe. I nodded and followed her into the hall leaving Adrian laughing with Taylor about something he said.
"What happened last night?" She asked.
"Well Richard broke in and they had a 'little chat' I guess and I got mad at her for not calling for someone, then she came to my door and passed out." I said, leaving out the details.
"I swear if I find out you had anything to do with this I'll-"
"Wait you think I have something to do with it?" I said cutting her off. She sighed and shook her head no. We walked back into the room to find Adrian and Taylor dying of laughter.
"What's so funny?" asked Chloe.
"Um it's kind of an inside joke you wouldn't understand." Said Adrian, breathless. Taylor started tearing up she was laughing so hard. After a few hours she looked really tired.
"Hey guys why don't we go back home and get her some clothes. They said she'll have to stay a few days." Chloe and Adrian said ok and started leaving but I went back to Taylor's bedside.
"Do you know what day it is?" I asked her.
"Umm I believe it's the 6th?" she said unsure.
"Nope it's your birthday!!" She laughed.
"Oh I forgot I guess you guys can't have your surprise party after all."
"Yea- wait how did you-"
"I have my ways." she said cutting me off. We both started laughing. After a few minutes we said our goodbyes and I left with Chloe and Adrian to get clothes and tell everyone the party was off.
Richards POV
I waited until her little friends left then I made my move. I walked into her room and shut the blinds. She had already fallen asleep. She looks just like her Mother. I injected the drugs and put on a lab coat I stole. I wheeled her out of the room and into an ambulance saying the she was needed at a different hospital. The idiots actually believed me!
I drove her to the house and unloaded her in a way. She should be waking up any minute now so I have to hurry. I quickly picked her up off of the hospital bed and carried her down to the cellar. I handcuffed her to the bed I bought her and next to it, on the dresser I put a picture of her Mother. I positioned a chair and sat in it so she could see me when she woke up. Not long after she woke up. She didn't even seemed that surprised to see me.
"What a shocker seeing you huh?" she said sarcastically. Her mom was sarcastic too.
"Yep and happy birthday bug I hope you love it. I have so much planned, and remember your brother Leon? He's gonna be here too." I smiled at her. Her jaw dropped.
"Leon died a few seconds after he was born." Thank god she doesn't know.
"Nope I faked his death and by the way he's a lot like you. Defiant, annoying, sarcastic, and he loves running away but this time, he's not running away anymore."
"What do you mean?" She asked.
"You'll see soon enough." I stood up and walked to her bedside planting a kiss on her forehead.
"You should get some sleep I have some... things I have to do and, I don't think your going anywhere."
