Take pain. Be perfect.

-William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night's Dream

I scrambled out of the way to one side as Raven moved to the other. Principal Gordon wasn't Principal Gordon anymore. He was a- a monster! He had long claws and his eye were yellow with a red dot in the middle. One eye.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!" I screamed. The monster chuckled.

"Nobody will hear you. The walls are soundproof." He smiled. I looked around for a weapon and saw a pencil. The point was dull. Guess I have to sharpen it. Frantically, I started to sharpen it.

"Bella! Watch out!" I heard Raven yell. Turning around, I saw that Principal Gordon was just a few feet away from me. Never mind. I was figuratively dead meat. Suddenly Raven tackled him and they rolled around. The pencil was sharp enough to hurt. Good. Principal Gordon threw Raven to the wall across the room.

"Raven!" I yelled. He groaned. Without thinking, I threw the pencil at the principal. It hit him in his eye.

"Argh!" He yelped and disappeared in a cloud of sand. Then everything was quiet. I hurried over to Raven.

"Are you okay?" I asked him. He nodded and the window in the back of the room exploded.

"Where's the monster?! Where is he?" Someone yelled. It was a satyr. You know what? I'm not even surprise anymore.

"I - I killed it." I said. He turned around and took in the scene before him. A pile of sand and me next to a wounded boy.

"Well... That was quite a feat. You could call me Coach Hedge. And you must be Bella and Raven." He said, "get in." Outside was a chariot. With two pegasui.

"O-okay." I stammered. Raven was starting to wake up.

"What happen?" He sat up as I told him what happen with Coach Hedge standing nearby.

"You're the Coach Hedge? The one that married the cloud nymph? The one who is the father of Chuck?" Raven gasped. Coach nodded.

"Well? Are you coming or not! I haven't got all day." He climbed into the chariot. I followed with Raven figuratively on my heels.

"Bella. Bella. Wakie wakie." I heard someone say. I groaned and slapped that person.

"Ow! It's me, Coach Hedge!"

I blinked sleep out of my eyes and saw that we were landing. Campers were pointing at and surrounding us. I looked over Raven and saw that Hades had claim him.

"So, guess that I have to start calling you Zombie Boy now." I joked. He smirked.

"Shut up. I'm a son of Hades. I can summon zombies to destroy you."

"That's why your name is Zombie Boy." I said and hopped off the chariot. Chiron walked up to us, or rather trotted up to us.

"Come, come. We have much to discuss." And picked us up and plopped us down on his back.

"I have your files around here, somewhere." Chiron said as he rummaged through his desk. I look around.

"Oh, yes, Raven, your mom told me to call you. Why don't you IM her?"

"Sure thing, Chiron." He walked out and I was left alone with the centaur.

"So... Um." I cleared my throat. Chiron looked at me.

"Bella, isn't it?" I nodded.

"You'll be claimed soon. Don't worry." He assured me.

"Can I talk to my dad?" I asked.

"Sure, sure. I'll call you back when I've found the files." I walked outside and spotted Raven talking to his mom. Wait. Did my eyes deceive me, or is that my dad I see next to his mom. Only one way to find out.

"Raven!" I called out as I walked up to him. I saw the people more clearly. It was my dad next to his mom.

"Dad?" I said in disbelief. Raven turned to me.

"Wait. What do you mean dad? He's my step-dad."

"No," I said carefully, "that's my biological father."

"Bella! I see you know Raven. I married his mom just a few hours ago." Dad grinned at me.

"Hello. I'm sure I'll get to know you better. It's good that you know my son, Raven. Have a nice stay at Camp Half-Blood." Raven's-I mean, Mom said to me.

"So.... This means that Raven is my brother?!" I gasped in disbelief. My parents nodded. Well, my dad and my step-mom.
