CHAPTER FIVE
Sony
Maroonsin chatted as we walked to class, and I did my best to give the right responses at the right times and giving plenty of nods, “mhm”s, and “yeah”s.
We got to class just in time for the bell. The gym was as big as usual. Incredibly tall, beautifully built, and not to mention extremely huge. We usually used about half, since we only had 22 students, though.
Mr. Lunn walked in, already suited up in his regular gear. He taught or Mygek Defense and Offense class. A spandex shirt was tight across his the drool-worthy muscles of his arms, chest, and stomach. A little looser spandex shorts that went to his knees clung to his muscular thighs- not that I was looking . . .
Having a 28 year old teacher who was hotter than any other guy in the school AND had muscles to die for made sixth period easily the best period of the day, apart from the fact that the class itself was actually pretty awesome. Mr. Lunn looked just as drop-dead-gorgeous as he normally did with his cropped sandy blonde hair, deep brown eyes, square jaw, and a firm set mouth that half the girls in the class were imagining they were sticking their tongue in. The thought made me giggle- not that I wouldn’t want to do the same.
“Go and suit up guys!” his loud voice boomed. I’m pretty sure I heard some of the girls let out fluttery, lovesick sighs from the sound of his voice, much to the dismay to the other boys in our class.
We rushed into the changing rooms and quickly changed into our “uniforms”. Our training gear consisted of spandex shirts with the school logo printed on the back and spandex shorts for the boys, and knee length, sleeveless spandex dresses that had splits up to the hips on either side with the school logo on the back and mid thigh spandex shorts for the girls.
When we came back out, most of the girls with long hair had it tied up. I had braided my already present ponytail to keep it from getting in the way. My snow white, almost translucent hair fell from the top of my head to my waist. Some of the boys who had long hair even tied theirs back, too.
We gathered back around Mr. Lunn. His usually stern, expressionless face was now bearing a small smirk and his eyes glinted mischievously.
“Starting now we are working on the art of manifesting Mygek produced weapons. Today we will start will swords. This shouldn’t be too hard since you have all learned the way of swordplay,” he gave the class that made us chuckle from nostalgia. We had down the Sword Play section freshman year. Mygek Defense and Offense classes never change. You are always with the same people all through high school. The section had been such an utter disaster that we had a least a couple dozen moments where half the class was rolling on the floor laughing. I chuckled, remembering.
He cleared his throat.
“Anyways, I will be teaching you how to manifest a Weapons Orb and how to produce and draw a sword.” He made a twisting motion with his hand and small orb of swirling, multi-colored fog appeared in his hand. The class gaped. I rolled my eyes.
Mr. Lunn’s smirk grew and he reached into the Orb. His hand sunk into the Orb until it reached his elbow. The muscles in his arm flexed as if he had gripped something. He slowly pulled out his arm, gripping huge pure black sword with a streak if teal down the middle. The hilt was bright sliver, and the grip was an interwoven pattern of black, yellow, and teal fabric. Everyone gawked as his eyes shown with pride. I smirked and chuckled. They had no idea what was gonna happen when it was my turn. Heck, I didn’t even know what was gonna happen! I’d never really had the need to use a Mygek Weapon, considering the whole Demon thing.
