" Hello, Audrey. Miss me? "

The face that come through the door just pissed the hell out of me. Its been too long and this little piece of shit still have the guts to confront me in my boyfriend's house. Unfortunately for Emma, the ungrateful cousin of mine, my fist come into contact with her heavy powdered nose first to welcome her.

" Hello to you too, cuz. " I replied. She was screeching like a mad hen while I can heard that both, Alex and Rafael were laughing their asses off. I swear, my fist hurt like hell. This bitch sure have a stone like nose.

" What the hell is wrong with you? I come in peace, okay. " Emma said while holding her bleeding nose. Sometimes, water sure can be thicker than blood when it comes this kind of cousin.

Emma is my cousin from my father's side. We were best friends back in days because of our same age. We even go to the same college with Rafael and Alex but she isn't one of our clique. Its just the four of us with Trent. Emma have her own friends. Our relationship in college is still great even though her attitude in college is slowly changing to be more bitchy and it turns shitty once she dated Rafael. I don't know how the two of them met but I knew Emma is full of shit when she dated Rafael. She cheated on him after almost six months dating. Rafael was devastated but luckily he's moved on fast while Emma is still whoring around jumping form men to men like a high class prostitute. Since then, we were sworn enemy. I never talk to her and during any family gathering, I will avoid any contact with her.

" Hi, Emma. Its been a long time isn't it? " Rafael piped in once he came into view.

" I'm here to inform you about my engagement party this Saturday. I'm hoping that the three of you can attend the function. It's at my parents mansion. " Emma said with a tinge of pride in her tone.

Rafael let out a chuckled before he continue, " Who's the stupid that willing to marry a snake like you? "

She scoffed, " Its Dominic Gills, the heir of Gills Shipping Company. "

" Poor boy, too stupid to realize your games. " Alex said.

" I'm not playing any games. You're just jealous. Isn't it, Raffy? " She replied.

" My feelings for you died on the day you cheated on me and for you information, little bitch. I have a girlfriend much more dignified than you. You can fuck yourself with your stupid fiance. " Rafael was fuming. Emma is trying to ignite some fight between them

" See you this Saturday, and Raffy, bring your dignified girlfriend along with you. Can't wait to see your version of dignified. " she replied cynically before walking away from Alex's house.

" Stupid whore. "

" Calm down. She's just trying to piss you off. " I said trying to ease the anger out of Rafael. He's fuming right now. Still can't control his temper. How the hell he's going to find a girlfriend in a span of three days? This guy is incorrigible.

Rafael came at my workplace today looking like shit.

" Who the hell wants to be my girlfriend for a day? " he suddenly said after taking a seat in front of me.

" I'm sure there's a lot of women wants to be with you even for half an hour. Who the hell wants to deny this Italian salsiccia ? "

" Dio mio ! I didn't teach you to speak Italian just to call me a sausage. I'm here to ask you for a favour, A. "

" Okay, okay. It's your own fault,though. Boasting about your imaginary girlfriend on her face. "

He just bury his head on his hand and groaned. " I need to show her that I too, have someone that I care for. "

Suddenly, my assistant barge into my cabin with a bouquet of white lilies and a bar of chocolate. " Your boyfriend sent this just now. He said that he can't personally gave it to you because he have a meeting to catch. "

" Such a lucky bitch you are, A " Rafael piped in.

I just glared at him and grab the flowers from Anastasia, my assistant. " Thanks, Ana. This douche here is my best friend along with the douche who sent this flower. " I said while pointing Rafael to Ana. " Rafe, this is Anastasia, my assistant. "

Rafael quickly stood and hold up his hand to Ana for a handshake. " I'm Christian Grey. "

" Nice to meet you, Mr Grey. I'm Anastasia Steele. " she replied nonchalantly with a mischievous smile on her face while shaking his hand. I know for a fact that her last name isn't Steele.

" Wow! Can't believe that your last name is Steele. What a fucking coincidence. We make a great couple, Anastasia. "

" Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not into that kind of thing. " she replied with a smirk.

" Too bad. I'm Rafael Falcone, by the way. Nice to meet you. "

" Likewise. I'm Anastasia Brooke, Audrey's assistant. "

" and I'm her butler in charge. " Rafael replied cynically. Both of them burst out laughing. I just glared at him.

The alarm blaring from the bedside table woke me up from my deep sleep. Alex beside me just groaned and continue his sleep. After switching off the alarm, I make a beeline for the kitchen to prepare a light breakfast for the both of us. Office hour start in another two hours and it's enough for me to prepare breakfast and have a nice shower.

I'm in the middle of humming along Florence and the Machine's No Light, No Light when Alex came into view with his messy bed hair and a two day worth of stubble.

" Morning, baby. What's for breakfast? " he asked before settling down on the chair at the kitchen counter.

" I'm making French toast since it's still early. Why don't you go freshen up first and I'll follow you later. Im going to prepare the bread first here. " I said while cutting the bread in small pieces just like how Alex love his toast.

He just nodded and peck my lips before walking back to our bedroom. Alex and I decided to live together since we've been dating for awhile now. I moved in with him last week just after Emma's engagement party.

Talking about the party, I swear it was some memorable night for both of us and not to be forgotten, Rafael too.
