Let me just explain something to you. At the school I go to you're either popular or everyone hates you, and you can only be popular if your family is rich. So that's why I sit alone at lunch; watching the so called popular kids walk by. The thing is at most of the schools that I've been kicked out of there is at least one group who isn't classified as 'popular'. Unfortunately that is not the case at Feather Dale Middle School.

As I munched on my premade cream cheese sandwiches it suddenly occurred to me that I'd never really and any great friends; the truth is I don't even remember a friend coming to my apartment to play or having someone to tell secrets to. I told myself that wishing for a better social life wasn't going to make Kelly the most popular girl in the school from bullying me. Of course just as that very thought entered my mind Kelly and her gang loomed over me.

They all look like 'pretty' demons and for some reason everyone in my school is in love with them, everyone except me. They all wear way too much make up, high – top converse and short black mini skirts. Kelly grabbed my arm and pulled so that I thought my arm was going to shoot out of its socket. She pulled me up so that I we were at eye level. I don't usually let Kelly push me around but I wanted to see where this would go. Kelly and I are the two tallest girls in the school, at the moment she's was a few inches taller but I could have sworn I'd seen her on her tiptoes.

'Still no friends huh loser?' Kelly cackled.

Her little demons sniggered.

'It's better than having fake ones.' I muttered.

Kelly sneered and tossed her long black hair behind her shoulder. She turned around and whispered something to Misty. Misty was a year younger than Kelly and I, she was 13. Misty had been tricked into thinking that Kelly would count her as a friend but boy was she wrong. Kelly got Misty to do everything for her; she would make her own up to the teachers for something that Kelly did and just generally she was Kelly's little pet. I couldn't make out exactly what Kelly said to Misty but her eyes went round and she swayed on the spot a little. I felt bad for Misty even if she was one of them. Kelly turned around again and put her face close to mine saying

'Where's your Daddy at, huh? Bethany; still missing?' She hissed.

I hate the name Bethany and the way she put an emphasis on it made me want to slap her. Kelly mocked tears and whipped her head to the gang for acknowledgement, all they sneered expect Misty who still looked like she'd seen a ghost. I felt anger and hate boiling inside me.

'Shut up about my Dad you dumb barbie' I said in a confident voice.

I know that was probably not insulting to her but a small group of kids had started to gather around Kelly and I who seemed pretty excited to see a fight.

'Ooh now I'm scared' Kelly said looking pleased with herself.

Suddenly I remembered something that my dad had said to me the night before he left. 'Here is a watch to remember me by.' The watch was glowing a blue colour and it had a certain warmth to it. I was 4 when he left so I was exactly sure what "remember me by" meant. My dad continued 'Use it wisely, you'll know when it's time.' From that day forth I had worn the blue watch, and yes I had a watch tan which I had been informed was 'super dorky'. I tapped my watch 4 times and a sword the size of a large stick appeared in my hand.

Everyone gasped. Kelly turned on me, Misty squeaked and sprinted for the gates. Kelly turned around and with one flick of her wrist she vaporised Misty, into what seemed to be lightning. That was the final straw. I ran. Lifting my sword above my head I slammed it into Kelly.

Clang.

'What' I muttered to myself.

Kelly turned on me and grew about 20 inches taller on the way. Slowly her fake nails popped off and talons appeared in their place. The next thing I knew, not only did she have talons but a set of hideous grey coloured wings and begun sprouting out of her back. All the kids ran around like headless chickens squawking and calling for teachers.

'You really are a loser.' She cackled, tossing her hair over her shoulder.

I ran at Kelly and with all my might I smashed my sword into her. As if in slow motion she dissolved. Her friends dissolved too. Just as a saw Miss Primpenton marching onto the playing field I grabbed my sword and ran for my life.

So I hope you enjoyed reading that piece of trash because I'll try and upload the new chapter soon. Sorry that it took so long to get this one up but yep here it is. I'm cringing and I hate it but oh well. Comment any more mistakes that I've made (because I'm sure there's about a thousand) and let me know if you like it or not.
