Operation Coca-Cola
__________________A/N sorry guys. This one is a bit long, a short story I would say.
"It's locked," Hazel stated, unable to suppress the hint of hope in her voice. The others heard it
clearly, and Leo clucked in disapproval.
"Lady, if you are desperate enough to think that a locked door is going to stop us, then I'm afraid
you have forgotten who is standing before you." He gestured to himself. "Leo Valdez, commander
of the Argo ll, expert mechanic etcetera etcetera. I think I am capable of picking a mortal door
lock!"
"Quit it Leo, will you!" Franks voice was sharper than usual. Everyone shot a warning look at Leo,
who was quite offended. "You all look at me as if I'm the one snapping at people at a volume that
could lead to our discovery!"
"Get on with it Leo," Jason warned him. "We do want to finish this before sunset and we don't
need to hear how skilled you are."
Leo didn't understand why they were all siding with Hazel. Maybe to reassure her that the

Despite the noise of the can machines, a few workers glanced over at the pile of boxes, confusion
written on all of their faces once they spotted the group huddled by the exit.
"Forget the plan! Leo just got us caught! Run for it," Percy cried and dashed away before the
workmen could blink.
"You stupid seaweed brain! Do you think we could show our faces in camp half blood again if we
failed what should have been the most easiest quest in the history of the camp!" Annabeth was
shocked at how Percy so willingly ran away from the mortals. He had no problem facing monsters.
Piper glanced back at Percy as he hesitated at the edge of the road. "She's right you know. Now
hurry up and get back here before they recover from their shock!" Her charm speak had the
desired effect, and Percy hurried back to the others as quickly as he had left.
"Come on guys! Let's go!" Leo strained against Annabeth's grasp, and she let him loose. Leo gave a
