"yoongi, come have some tea." mrs min's voice could be heard from the kitchen, calling for his son.

after awhile, yoongi come down to the kitchen with his black shirt and a pair of shorts. "you're not working today, mom?"

"i come home early," she pour in the tea and gave him a piece of cake. "why didn't you tell me that you're dating lee's granddaughter?"

"you know them?"

his mom laughed. "even though we're not that rich, we have some connections you know." seeing her son still has his confused face, she sighed. "your girlfriend's mom is my best friend during high school."

"ah, mom it's not like you think—"

"we only joked to marry our children during the old days and now suddenly you guys are dating, without me knowing that! can you imagine how dramatic it is?" she laughed. yoongi rubs his nape and sips the tea.

"mom it's supposed to be a plan to be—"

"ohmygod looking at younghee's daughter, she's pretty right? you should bring her home sometimes. imagine how beautiful my grandchildren would be!" mrs min said and look at yoongi. "what with your face?"

"no, it's been a while since you're happy like this. it's feel good." he smiled.

"how can i not be happy when my son is finally open up to give me a daughter in law? and she isn't just anyone— my friend's daughter!"

i guess it can't be helped, then.

few days passed but people are still talking about hyejin and yoongi. both sides of family seems to bless this relationship and they decided to go with it.

"i want to ask you something." hyejin said, looking at her side.

"sure,"

"are you sure about this? they might go far more than this." hyejin look away. she knows that she has been spoiled by her family before, but it all changed when she stepped out from college. she have to do whatever they said. work, blind dates, company party, headaches meetings. they called it as the way to repay all the freedom they gave to her.

"you mean, marriage?" yoongi asked. she just sigh and nodded. she's not sure either, if she want to get married with him. he's cute and attractive but marriage isn't just about looks and how good he kissed. it's a way mooreee than that.

"you know, my family isn't that rich like yours but they are old styled people. before the date news come out my mom keep recommending me some girls, to be my wife and all that.

but when they know i'm dating you, they stopped. so i guess, why not? though we don't have that love connection, at least i know you're okay."

"i'm just okay?" hyejin raised her brow.

"no, you're great. but you know, i mean i know you, and been handling things for you and stuffs."

hyejin laughed, never thought about it. she thought he would moved to another planet when he knew their moms are best friends and happy with this dating shit.

"well.. i guess you're okay too. since you're one of the people who know me the most." she smiled.

"so let's take a good care of each other from now." yoongi said, offering his hand. hyejin look at him and slowly reach out for his hand.

"sure, let's stop worrying about this. well, as long as they didn't bring out the marriage topic."
